GoogleAmir and the team in the Staines branch have been nothing but exceptional. Selling a house during a pandemic was never going to be straight forward or easy! The team remained extremely committed to helping us sell and find our next home and they really did go above and beyond. The team are always on hand, always transparent and we felt they were always striving to do the best for us. We would highly recommend them

GoogleWe never bought from SJ Smith but their Move Manager/ Customer Liaison Manager, Nicola, was very good in chasing the buyers and liaising with the Solicitors. I would recommend SJ Smith for Nicola's service alone. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCan’t recommend them enough. This property was the 5th I have bought and by far the best agent I have dealt with. Frankie was great at keeping me in the loop and actually listened to what I wanted! Unlike others that constantly send you details of properties which aren’t right at all. Once accepted the team were fantastic at keeping me and my solicitor informed and now very happy to be in.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleChad Newbould and the team at SJ Smith's handled an apartment sale for us during Lockdown (2020). We were selling an inherited property at a distance, and they dealt with the challenges of this situation and the difficulties of this period very professionally. They were also excellent in responding to our needs, both large and relatively small issues that arose. Would recommend this Estate Agents without any hesitation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend Chad at S.J.Smith if you are looking to sell a property. He was honest, open and very well-prepared on our first meeting and was equally impressive in subsequent dealings. I trusted his assessment, his setting of a fair price and was rewarded by plenty of viewings, feedback and a quick sale at an excellent price. This company really know the local area and it showed in their assessment and contacts.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleChad and the team. Frankie, Nicola, Louis and Robert, are by far the best agents an the area, we chime SJ Smith purely by their all round professional service! We sold and bought through this office and we’re completely looked after, from start to finish with both sale and Purchase, Compared to other agents that we had to deal with chad and his team were complete breath of fresh air fantastic people to work with highly recommend using this agent will not be let down. The proof is when you phone up and actually speak to an agent who is responsive, Many of the competitive agents in the area don’t even return your call or when you do finally speak to someone it’s a CallCenter or is not local, but Sj Smith are from the opposite, Local knowledgeable agents fantastic! Highly recommend
