GoogleWorst estate agent ever. From the get go the viewing was cancelled 3 times then arranged after I said I'm making a complaint for wasting my time having to travel 100 miles for viewing but I was given 5min speedy viewing like racing.
Then move in time cancelled and postponed twice. They promised to professionally clean the place but they didn't see attached disgusting photos. No fridge freezer in place and paint was not done although agreed. Agent wasted 1 whole day of my annual leave time and logistics which has financial implications on me.
Contact all their managers and no one acknowledged the complaint. When I asked for the manager who promised all will be ok they said he's not there and they don't have his mobile number.
Toilet was stained. Carpet soaking wet.
I do not recommend this even to my enemy.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAmazing service throughout the sale process. Right from the marketing of the property(Amir) and listing the property with impressive details(Alannah) the service I received was second to none. After sale is agreed Move managers (Nicola & Emma) step in and play an important role in making the exchange as smooth as possible interacting directly with relevant conveyance service effectively

GoogleExcellent service from Amir and Alannah at the Staines office. We had to sell my parents property recently and I cannot recommend these agents highly enough.
From the start, Amir kept his word and I was always able to get hold of him if I needed to - something that hasn't always happened in the past.
Easiest sale ever - I handed over the keys to Amir and Alannah and they took care of everything else! An Open Day was arranged and the house was sold within 2 days of this. Best of all, I did not have to take time out to conduct viewings etc, which was a blessing as I don't live locally, so would have meant making a special journey each time.
I would not hesitate to use or recommend SJ Smith again - very refreshing to trust an estate agent completely!

GoogleExcellent service from Amir and Michael when selling our house in Staines - they were very responsive, communication was excellent and they were happy to go the extra mile, getting the sale through in record time! Also to the rest of the office for supporting viewings, excellent photos and prompt answers to questions. We signed up for their house management service as we needed to relocate before selling and it was a relief knowing our house was being regularly visited/kept an eye on. Michael provided regular meter readings, dealt very efficiently with post that had missed the redirection and was a very reassuring presence for us 200 miles away!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
