I would just like to write a review for our local estate agent S J Smith for a job well done and a special thankyou to Rob on the sales team who did all the initial start up, valuation, photos and marketing of the property, Louis for the sale and Nicola and Simon who took care of the after sales and were basically our link between buyer and both solicitors which would have been very stressful if they did not intervene and look after all of that side for us. A special thankyou to Simon who intervened and pushed the sale through in the end and we appreciate all of his hard work this last month and pushing the sale through to the end allowing us to exchange and complete all on the same day. A job well done by all. I would highly recommend using this estate agent from our experience of dealing with them.

We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent than S J Smith team of Ashford branch when we were in the market to buy our first home. They have been the epitome of professionalism, courtesy and patience from the word go. Right from front end sales people like Louis, who was kind enough to call us back after 1 month after one property we were gunning for fell through, showed us the property that is soon to become our first home. He accommodated multiple viewings of the property, not once showing any signs of complaints. Once the offer was accepted we were smoothly transitioned from one champ, Louis, to another champ Nicola who was the sales progressor. Nicola has been patient taking out time to answer every question, few borderline silly, never once failing to update us on the progress. You have found your biggest supporter in us Nicola, Louis, Rob and Chad. Just have a look at their professional video ads they upload onto the websites like Zoopla or on their YT channel. All the homes are neatly presented, there is no sales gimmicks. We are lucky to have found this team.
