GoogleI used Sarah Morgan again for my remortgage and she was again excellent. Explained everything thoroughly, did everything at my convenience and made me feel like a valued customer. Also, Becky Taylor who I also dealt with a lot was so helpful and everytime she said she would do something she and I feel both Sarah and Becky went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. When I come to get my next mortgage I wouldn't consider using anyone else

GoogleFantastic experience of buying a second home with Sarah Morgan and Becky Taylor. Sarah found us a brilliant deal and everything was explained to us and broken down so that we could actually understand it, she even used her days off on many occasions to keep us informed of any developments and went out of her way to give us appointment times that suited us. Becky has chased every step of the process to speed it up for us and has kept us thoroughly updated throughout. She has been one step ahead with everything making it so much easier for us. Both ladies are very polite, easy to talk too and have been more than helpful during my experience. I couldn't recommend them enough, they make a fantastic team and I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family

Google*Mortgage advice service* Excellent, professional, friendly service from start to finish. Sarah Morgan and Becky Taylor were insightful, very knowledgeable and made the whole process as stress free as possible. They dealt with the mortgage application process from start to finish, as well as communicating with the bank and solicitor on my behalf. The whole process would have been a lot more stressful, time consuming and difficult without the service provided by Sarah and Becky. The mortgage advice given to me has most definitely saved me a lot of money in the long term. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation who is looking to purchase a house and is seeking a mortgage.

GoogleI was recommended Sarah through Ryder & Dutton estate agents, and I like to do my own research first so based on the reviews Sarah had, I decided it wouldn’t be a bad idea given my lack of knowledge on the process. Even before I’d met Sarah, I was called by Becky to inform me of the process, what I would need to bring and generally what to expect, which I thought was a personal touch, Becky is very friendly and very knowledgeable in her job. Whilst I had the expectation that it would be a monotonous meeting talking about financials etc, it was quite the opposite. Sarah was very accommodating as we were only able to meet on the Saturday, and when we met Sarah I instantly noticed how approachable and bubbly she is. She’s very open about the process and her own life experiences, so it becomes very easy speaking to her. In reality it is difficult having such a lengthy and detailed chat with a stranger, however with Sarah it felt like speaking to a family member or a friend. I was really impressed with Sarah’s enthusiasm; her passion for her job and experience at what she does really shines through. Sarah does not push you into making decisions, I always find with every recommendation she offers, there is rationale and thought behind it, it is always at the benefit of the customer. Buying a house is possibly the most stressful and most painful experience of anyone’s life, particularly as a first time buyer, however, at every stage of this process I have known where I am up to, what to expect and I have not felt stressed at any time throughout this. Even though my mortgage is now at accept stage, Sarah and Becky have both been keeping me up to date with the next steps and what to expect from the solicitors. There is obviously a charge with using a broker, however its money well spent and I would highly recommend Sarah and Becky. They take all the stress and hard work out of an already nerve-wracking process, I couldn’t be happier with my progress so far.

GoogleExcellent service from both Sarah Morgan and Becky Taylor with our remortgage. Firstly, Sarah found us the best mortgage deal for our circumstances and worked through it with us explaining it all very clearly. Then Becky kept us fully up to date throughout the whole process, with regular phone calls and emails explaining where we were up to. This was all done in a very friendly positive way and explaining all the legal jargon in laymans terms. Together they make a great team and would highly recommend them to anyone.
