TrustpilotIt took a lot longer than was meant too…
It took a lot longer than was meant too as this was a sale with no chain . The buyers did not have the funds readily available as we was told before the sale . This was the cause of the delay. The aftersales advisor was great keeping ontop of the buyer and their solicitor.
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We understand that the delay was frustrating, especially given the initial understanding of the sale. We are pleased to hear our aftersales advisor provided excellent support in managing the situation.

Geraldine was fantastic as my move manager. I was able to get in touch with her instantly if I needed anything, nothing was too much trouble and she assisted me as best she could with the process even when there were delays. Dylan who assisted with my sale was also fantastic and discussed offers and negotiations immediately, offering fantastic advice along the way and Tony was lovely when he came to value the house. I had my house valued with a number of agencies but Ryder and Dutton gave me the best estimate and were able to get the ball rolling quickly! The proof is in the pudding when you see the number of Sold signs through the borough. All in all I would recommend to anyone thinking of getting their house valued or selling with Ryder and Dutton. The service was fantastic!

I recently sold my property through Ryder & Dutton, and I have to say, the experience was made so much easier thanks to Catherine Salisbury, who was my point of contact once the sale went through. Catherine was always proactive in keeping the sale moving forward and made sure all parties were kept fully updated at every stage. Whenever we spoke over the phone, I came away from the call feeling more positive about the process, which made a real difference during what can otherwise be a stressful time. At the end of the day, it's not really the agency you choose when selling your home, it's the people behind it, and Ryder & Dutton clearly have a great group of people working for them. I'd happily recommend Ryder & Dutton to anyone looking to sell their property.

I seen a property i liked i contacted Ryder And Dutton and spoke to paige who was really helpful and got the ball rolling for me to go and view the property within a few days then i was contacted again saying i was allowed to go ahead and apply and as a registered blind person i was helped a lot by paige and katie and staff at the office in rawtenstall which was very much appreciated. And now im am going to move in only after applying less than 6 weeks ago. Thank you so much great team great agency would recommend to a friend without a doubt
