I have just purchased my first home account with the Heywood branch. All the staff were helpful when it came to viewing the property, but Catherine was incredibly helpful during the whole process! She always kept me up to date with everything and chased and chased when we were waiting for things to happen! All while being really calm and kind. It made the process feel a little less stressful knowing she had my back and was pushing to get us over the line. I can't thank her enough.

If you’re looking for an estate agent who’ll stick with you through thick, thin, and apparently all four seasons… this is the one! Our house move took 13 months to complete but throughout the entire saga Lacey remained proactive, passionate, and incredibly helpful. She was always approachable, understanding, and genuinely cared about getting us over the finish line. Now, was she a little annoying at times? Absolutely, but only because she never stopped chasing, checking, calling, and nudging everyone involved. Looking back, that persistence is probably the reason we finally got the keys!
