GoogleWe have had a really excellent level of service throughout the selling process with RMS Hexham. The whole team were friendly, helpful and always on hand if I had any questions from valuation to completion. James took the time to help us with some buying queries too, even though we were buying through another estate agent. He was very helpful and trustworthy. The whole team have been great and we will definitely use again in future if we need.

GoogleI asked 3 different estate agents to value my property but Alison from Whitley Bay RMS was by far the most professional, well prepared and definitely very keen to have the business. The office staff were equally professional and dedicated to find a buyer. I opted for accompanied viewings and always received full details prior to the viewings and feedback after. The first offer fell through but the staff remained positive and supportive, and it wasn't long before another offer was made. I received weekly updates about the progress of the sale so any issues could be resolved quickly. I found every member of staff I dealt with to be very professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Whitley Bay RMS. Such a brilliant and hard working team! Thanks to you all.

GoogleI highly recommend their services for anyone who want to buy properties in this area. Jan, Suzanne and others have been extremely helpful and helped me through the entire process. They were always available during working hours and I could reach them by calling to ask for progress or enquiries. Without them, I could not complete the purchase in just 2 months! I will always be grateful for their help for my first property purchase in my life.

GoogleVery poor service from the beginning. Firstly, they took photos of the house on a basic iPhone… Secondly, it’s been on the market since August and we are the ones chasing them up asking what’s happening, if we can market it more instead of them advising us what to do next Not only that, but we were meant to have a viewing on Saturday and we called them up asking what’s happening, they said they’ll call the viewer and see what’s happening. We waited around all day for a response as we weren’t sure whether they were coming to view the house or not… Would not recommend, going for another provider in the area

GoogleDespite being assured that they would monitor progress, I found I was the one doing the monitoring and pushing. Pretty much my usual experience with real estate agents over the years.
Dear Dona, we are really disappointed to receive this review, as you can see from our 4.8 rating, often highlighting our communication we rarely are given a low rating such as this. Because of this, we have spoken to our branch and have delved into this further. It is frustrating to get feedback like this, as our sales progressor put a lot of hours back and forth between yourself and the vendor of the property you were purchasing and stressed multiple times to all parties further up the chain, how important it was to have this completed with your timeframe. In the end, when things weren't progressing as they needed to she was able to persuade our vendor to move into rented accommodation in order to break the chain and enable you to move in. We understand that when you are in such a time sensitive situation it can be frustrating to not hear what you need, however with so many other parties involved with each property at a different stage of conveyancing, especially when there were properties further up the chain whose sale depended on visa's being approved, it can become stressful for those involved. However, we were delighted we were able to help save this chain and would like to wish you good luck in your new home. Thanks RMS.
