All of the staff at Rook Matthews Sayer in Morpeth were very helpful and friendly. They listened to what we wanted, gave us the appropriate advice when needed and made the whole process of selling our first home a great experience. RMS were great from start to finish. The fees were very competitive. Wendy in particular was incredibly helpful in the office whenever there were any issues with solicitors or timescales that needed chasing. Everything was dealt with professionally and promptly and as a family we are very grateful for the service they provided.

We encountered a few problems with our house move. However, we found Anne and all the girls at Rook, Matthews, Sayer, Morpeth Branch very supportive, professional and helpful. At one point it became stressful and disheartening, but Laura was empathetic and very reassuring which helped enormously. The advice and guidance from everyone was invaluable throughout the whole process and the girls there all worked very hard to ensure our house move eventually happened. Thank you so much girls! Staff dealt with our sale very efficiently at all times, with courtesy and professionalism. Our queries were answered quickly. Unfortunately our sale fell through due to the buyer pulling out, but Angela informed us with tact and kindness. Special mention to Wendy, Angela and Lily. Highly recommended agent.
