GoogleRecently used the West Denton branch to purchase a property. All staff were professional & helpful, in particular Clare who went over & above expectations to secure our house purchase & constantly pushed the estate agents & Solicitors selling our property for updates etc. Clare kept us regularly updated, she's a very pleasant & professional member of staff who is very experienced., it was a pleasure meeting & getting to know Clare. Would definitely recommend & use this branch again.

GoogleA great big thanks to Leah and James at RMS Hexham who went above and beyond with patience and professionalism to make purchasing my little cottage a smooth process. Solicitors were another story, but at every stage RMS were available to advise and assist as appropriate to facilitate the process even when everyone else involved was getting frustrated with waiting for solicitor reports, the staff at RMS were on hand with incredible customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell with them and wasn’t surprised when I went to their office and saw the awards on their window display. Well deserved!

Most of the staff were supportive, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they made what can often be a stressful time feel much smoother. GoogleI cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough, particularly Ellie, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, she was approachable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make things run smoothly. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated at every stage, and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Ellie’s friendly and supportive manner made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier and more positive. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping me, and I am so grateful for all her hard work.

He was very knowledgeable and answered all our queries throughout the process. Thank you Jamie for an excellent service. GoogleService was at best patchy: sometimes reasonable, but on a couple of occasions appallingly bad, causing me much distress. I often felt disrespected, my concerns dismissed, apparently some of that due to my being a woman! Completely unacceptable. Surprisingly, when we finally completed and were collecting the keys to our new home, not so much as a congratulatory handshake. And worryingly they didn't even ask for proof of identity before handing over the keys. Finally, I must say, as a disabled person I found entering their Alnwick office, with its deep steps and no grab rails, very difficult. When I complained about this staff just laughed.

Out of respect for your possible health concerns, we avoided physical contact. We understand how this may have been misinterpreted, but it came from a place of consideration, not disregard. We also note your concern about identity verification. Please be assured that, as part of our due diligence, your proof of ID had already been verified during the course of the transaction. Our staff were familiar with you in person from previous viewings, and the legal checks had been completed, so no additional documentation was required at key collection. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience accessing our Alnwick office. However, after speaking to the Alnwick Branch Manager we are unaware of any staff member responding in the manner you described and would certainly not condone such behaviour if it occurred. Throughout the process, our team made every effort to support you through the purchase and we remained committed to ensuring the transaction was completed smoothly. GoogleHad a great experience with RMS, very friendly & helpful staff as nothing was a bother. Our home sold fast and their solicitors were also very efficient as they helped us old folks who are not so good with technology & the money for our sale of our home was in the bank within hours of the final day. All in all a great help in a sad situation due to ill health.

GoogleI went to the offices of this estate agency almost as an afterthought after a day of rental property hunting. Almost immediately they made me feel invigorated with their attitude. The staff - Wendy, Angela, Graham and Madalyn showed professionalism and care. My relocation was handled as swiftly and helpfully as I could hope for. I am seriously impressed with my experience here and they secured a really good and satisfying improvement of my circumstances.
