Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EXCEPTIONAL and very supportive! I honestly don’t know where to start, words don’t feel enough. From start to finish, we had a truly fantastic experience. James, Leah and Scarlett were friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions we had. They kept us updated at every stage and went above and beyond to support us. GoogleJamie helped us from the beginning by going through the entire process and any costs we might expect. He really helped us to understand what we needed to do and how it would work, and when it came to us finding a property he did our negotiations for us which really helped us. He’s been very helpful and emailing frequently to help us with any questions we’ve had along the way. Would really recommend ☺️

We had excellent service from the very beginning, a great teaser video prior to full launch which showcased our house beautifully. The subsequent support from all staff was excellent providing us with reassurance and support all along the way . As things moved closer to completion Katie (Sales Progresser) provided us with superb support helping us to achieve the move within a particular timeframe we were very keen to achieve. Highly recommended ! Thankyou for all your support we greatly appreciate it !!!

GoogleI recently moved home. I used RMS Ashington branch as they came highly recommended and believe me they did not disappoint. The whole team are amazing. From the start of my journey to the end. I was given regular updates and help or information requested was followed up without quibble and always quickly. To move with such a professional team makes such a stressful time easier knowing you are in good hands. I cannot thank them all enough. If you're moving home in the Ashington area, you will be in good hands with these people .

GoogleThe service was disappointing & frustrating at times, RMS provided a patchy service, particularly when it came to arranging viewings. Several potential buyers complained to us about non returned calls, we even had a viewer arrive and we had not been notified (we were not at home). Despite several requests we never had any sort of profile on prospective buyers just their name & if they were in a position to buy. Unacceptable if we are doing all the viewings. Most of the staff were great, it seems that we were unlucky.

I can’t thank Colleen, Jack and Laura enough for their support, advice and genuine care throughout the process. What many describe as the most stressful time of their lives was, for me, completely stress-free. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, 10/10 👌🏻

GoogleRecently moved using RMS found all staff at estate agents very professional and helpful from the beginning valuation to eventual moving day. Clare especially was brilliant with communication and understanding can’t recommend them enough. Would not however recommend solicitors but no reflection on RMS.

GoogleI just wanted to give a massive shout‑out to RMS for making buying my house a breeze. From start to finish they were fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Whenever I had a question they replied lightning‑quick, and the extra support they provided during what turned out to be a very stressful period was exactly what I needed. I didn’t actually sell my property through RMS, but my seller’s estate agent simply couldn’t match the level of service I received here. If I ever decide to sell in the future, RMS will be my first choice. A huge thank you to Jan for all her help, and also to Jamie at the mortgage broker, you both delivered a great service and made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommended!

We also dealt with James and the rest of the team, and everyone we spoke to was reliable, friendly and proactive. They kept us updated at every stage, were always easy to reach, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. By a mile, they’re the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with and we’re genuinely grateful for all their help. I can't recommend them enough!

GoogleSadly we cannot reccomend this estate agent. We sold our house with the Alnwick branch who were excellent but trying to buy a property with the Morpeth branch was a different story. I understand their contract is with the seller but to keep the buyer informed and reassured I would of thought would assist with a smooth sale. Unfortunately the ' sales progressor' in this instance appeared to have little initiative to drive the sale , or knowledge re land registry processes or able to communicate effectively . At no point in waiting 10 months to purchase a house did we recieve an update that was 'new' information and we have had great experience in the past with RMS with a purchase. Sadly we had to withdraw from the purchase after a very long wait experiencing homelessness along the way and no endpoint in sight . Extremely dissappointed.
Dear Allison, We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with our Morpeth branch didn’t meet your expectations. Our team takes great pride in being recognised for their communication and dedication to supporting both buyers and sellers throughout the process. It’s important to clarify that matters involving the Land Registry or title issues must be handled by the solicitors acting for each party, this is out of our control. In this particular case, the sale was unfortunately delayed due to a complex Land Registry issue relating to unregistered parcels of land, which required an adverse possession application by the seller’s solicitor. Unfortunately, progress was further hindered by delays on the vendor’s solicitor’s side, a situation that was entirely outside of our control. As estate agents, we act as a liaison between solicitors and both sellers and buyers, passing on information as soon as it is provided to us. We offer the same high standard of communication and support to all parties involved, and our sales progressor maintained regular contact throughout, providing updates whenever new information became available. We fully appreciate how stressful lengthy transactions can be and regret that this situation caused you such frustration.
