We were on the market for 11 years with Rook Mathews and NOT one Viewing. They did absolutely nothing they said they would do on initiation back in 2008. Lucky we were not desperate to move. Months and years would go by without contact from them. I paid them upfront for advertising which I would advise against. Avoid this company for sure. They valued the property, initially, then gradually convinced me to lower the price to quicken the sale, that inevitably did not happen. I changed to another agent, and had 5 views in 3 months.

I'm sure this probably isn't the case for everyone by looking at other reviews but we had our house up for sale with these as well as another estate agent. The other got us one or two viewings per week. Rook Matthews Sayer got us none. They also took our house off the market without consulting us.

Had to give 1 star in order to do a review! Not worthy of even 1 star.... phone calls ignored not returned, viewings requested and not set up in designated time scale given or any other time come to that., staff opinion not required but given anyway !! found staff member Tracy on duty quite rude and can't be bothered attitude, even on the phone when they answer! Feels like I'm interrupting their time. I will avoid like the plague in the buying of our house.
