GoogleI found the whole process of selling a property through the Whitley Bay branch of RMS Estate Agents a thoroughly straightforward experience. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable of my requirements for a timely sale. The legal services provided for the completion were enhanced by the use of their EWAY Portal, which enabled prompt actions required by myself and also enabled me to observe email traffic between the buyers and my own designated solicitor. Thanks again for an excellent service.

GoogleAlison and the team at Rook Matthew’s Sayer, Whitley Bay, were outstanding from my first encounter with them in the office through to completion on our purchase and sale, and beyond. Their knowledge of the local market, and drive to find the right buyer and get the best price for each property, is exceptional. Alison worked tirelessly to negotiate on our behalf. Once the sale and purchase was agreed their hard work continued. It’s rare to find an agent who can be impressive in both the sale negotiation and holding the sale together through to completion without bump or incident. I’d go as far as to say this was the perfect agent experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleIn the last year, I have sold 2 houses and purchased 1 using this company. From start to finish, I have been impressed with the service and value for money offered by them. In particular, I would like to praise the staff in the Whitley Bay office. They really put themselves out to provide a personal service. GoogleReally enjoyed working with the lovely staff at the Morpeth office and there was good communications and organised processes providing a prompt and professional service. We were particularly impressed that when there were a few changes in staff all at the same time this didn’t affect the level of service provided. We would definitely use them again

GoogleExcellent friendly staff at this branch - recently bought a house through them after losing out on 3 other houses, so was feeling a bit deflated but the staff revived our confidence and kept us updated throughout the purchase and were extremely friendly each time I went into their offices being my fussy self. Would we use again? Yes definitely!
