5 Stars are always very welcomed, combined with such kinds words allows us believe we are doing a great job and we do get it right most of the time... We find ourselves all too often quick to complain when we receive a disgruntled service but very rarely take the time to praise when we receive a good service, very much appreciated.

Had a.house viewing booked in with Robinson took time off work arrived at the house nobody in when I rang Robinson they told me the owners had accepted another offer. Complete waste of my time when all it would of taken was a phone call to inform me of the situation. Totally unacceptable.
Thanks for your review Rachael. The property was not sold but did have an acceptable offer on it, which we were waiting confirmation of finance, hence why the property was still available. The owner said they would of been with you in around 20 minutes. Good luck with your property search.

Yes fantastic with the pandemic it was a strange time but one individual of staff working there call Joy, went over and beyond to make sure that the actual exchange went through. Before everything was went to plan I was kept up-to-date throughout the initial sale. Any queries I had but answered swiftly.

The Trusted AgentWouldn’t hesitate to use again!
I was advised to use a small local agent to sell my property and so opted for Robinsons who were quick to respond to me from my initial email. My main contact was Michael who was professional and honest (advice was needed throughout having never sold a property before!) throughout a lengthy sale. Great team who kept up regular communication - would recommend and not hesitate to use in the future.

GoogleVery friendly and helpful staff at start when we placed an offer to buy our house now, not so happy on the prompt coming back call to important queries , Jordan is the worst for that especially for not giving the right informations. On the day of collecting the house`s keys they never phoned us although the solicitors had clearly communicated it was fine. Overall satisfied
