TrustpilotDisappointing experience with RMJ
Disappointing experience with RMJ. They introduced buyers, but I felt I had to drive negotiations and challenge their advice to achieve the price I wanted. My complaint was met with a response I found dismissive. For £5,100, I expected better advice and support. I wouldn’t use them again. I’m also unable to leave a google review as it’s being reported by the agency. Their google reviews are heavily sanitised and they’re abusing the system to skew their rating. Incredibly poor.

GoogleHad to put a maintenance request in for a broken toilet, the situation rapidly deteriorated over the day as we had water coming down from the ceiling into the kitchen that was below and was potentially quite dangerous. I called up RMJ and Harry helped us out massively, we were quite stressed at the time due to how bad the situation was unfolding and Harry put us as ease and got the situation fixed a few hours later without Harry’s timely response we could have been in a world of trouble.
