GoogleWe were very well advised on preparing our house for sale and then carefully guided through the marketing process. Once a buyer was found Emma maintained regular follow ups and was there to communicate between us and to guide us through to exchange. Emma was very responsive and professional and stayed in regular contact with us and the buyer.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The comms and inevitable bumps in the road were dealt with promptly and professionally either via telephone or email, and were relatively on tap as and when we needed any help. We found them very easy to deal with, trustworthy and a pleasant service all-round. Thumbs up from us!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleExcellent service from Robert Leech. After 2 difficult years trying to sell my house Robert Leech got the job done in 5 weeks from start to completion. Andrew and Emma provided excellent advice, secured lots of viewings, 50% of which went on to offer, and it sold for above the asking price. With their help the buyers were also able to complete within the stamp duty holiday. The solicitors they recommended were also instrumental in getting the sale completed in time.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you so much Tracey, what a wonderful review and I'll pass on your kind words to Andrew and the team.

GoogleI had a pretty stellar experience with Jordon of the Lingfield office - and he wasn't even my estate agent. He was working on behalf of the woman who sold the house we purchased, and his communication throughout the endeavor, from the beginning to the end was exemplary. I can't recommend his services enough. With such a high stress thing we were undertaking, he really put our family at ease. Cheers Jordon!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
