GoogleLeech managed our sale from an efficient and speedy start through to the successful conclusion with regular updates, ironing out delays and potential issues. In particular, Emma West's interventions, over and above an Agent's usual duties, ensured that the sale proceeded smoothly.

GoogleAs a buyer, I found Emma West at Robert Leech to be responsive and an important channel of communication with the sellers. She was probably sick of hearing from me by the end of the purchase but her mediation on a number of issues was crucial in getting us over the finish line.

GoogleBEST ESTATE AGENCY IN REIGATE Robert Leech went above and beyond when we sold my mums house. It was a tricky sale and would never happened if it weren't for the teams hard work, imagination and contacts. Really cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleI've dealt with Emma at Robert Leech several times over the years and have always found her advice and knowledge really helpful. It's not always an easy process buying or selling property but have found her calm and genuine approach a great help in getting the job done.
5/5
GoogleEmma West was a joy as our Robert Leech agent. She was the agent who sold us the property (nine years ago) and when she was put back on to sell it for us, we knew we were in safe hands. She is the antithesis of the archetypal agent and for us, that's a good thing. She took the time to get to know us, really understood our motives for moving and the work we'd done on our home in the intervening period. That meant she was able to represent us well. Her communication was excellent, we always felt in the loop and we knew that she was working hard for us. Her candour and advice was first class.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property via Robert Leech for a second time, and found Andrew and Emma in the Reigate branch a delight to deal with. They were always available, and very proactive in managing communications across all parties involved in the transaction. As a result, stress was minimised, and the transaction progressed very quickly. Thank you Emma, Andrew and the rest of the Robert Leech team!
