GoogleFaye and James from the Oxted branch were super-helpful in getting our house back onto the market after a difficult period with another agent. The difference in energy, flexibility and "can do" attitude was clear from the start, and this was then followed up by superior photography and marketing. I'd recommend them for anyone looking to sell their property in the Oxted area.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with an agent at Robert Leech Reigate. The agent ( Lettings Manager)made assumptions without fully understanding the situation, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress. Instead of taking the time to check the facts, I was left to spend my own time researching the correct information and explaining it back to the agent. As a tenant, I expected professional knowledge and guidance, not to be responsible for educating the agent. This lack of understanding and professionalism made the whole experience mentally exhausting and unnecessarily frustrating. I hope the company provides better training to its staff so that future tenants receive the professional service they deserve.

GoogleWe’ve had such a great experience selling our house with Robert Leech. From the initial listing and all the way to completion their service has been exceptional. It is truly a personal service - Lisa and Emma were our two main points of contact and they were fantastic at keeping us updated throughout the sales process. We had a particularly stressful chain and Robert Leech were by far the most proactive and helpful agents in the chain. We really felt like they truly cared about our situation and were very much in our corner protecting our interests and trying to make the way as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

GoogleDespite obtaining advice from multiple independent sources, including Citizens Advice, the local council and an independent solicitor, all of whom advised that tenants have legal rights that should be considered, I felt that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed rather than properly addressed. I found this particularly distressing. Instead of receiving clarity and reassurance, I was left trying to navigate a complex and evolving area of tenancy law on my own. The entire experience left me feeling extremely stressed, overwhelmed and, at times, completely helpless. I genuinely felt that I had nowhere to turn despite making every effort to understand my rights and responsibilities as a tenant. Over many weeks, I spent a significant amount of time researching tenancy legislation, reviewing government guidance, gathering evidence and seeking professional advice simply to understand my legal position. ================================================== As tenants, we relied on Robert Leech to provide accurate and timely advice regarding our tenancy. Unfortunately, important information about changes to tenancy rules and notice requirements was never clearly communicated to us. We only became aware of these issues when we had already started making arrangements to move. The result was unnecessary stress, confusion and potentially significant additional costs that could have been avoided with clearer guidance from the outset. Throughout the process, communication felt reactive rather than proactive. We often had to chase for information ourselves rather than being properly advised on matters that directly affected our tenancy. What concerned me most was the inconsistent advice we received regarding notice periods and tenancy obligations. It appeared that there was a lack of understanding of the current tenancy rules, resulting in conflicting information and further confusion at an already stressful time. For a professional letting agent, I would have expected clearer communication, accurate guidance and a better understanding of the relevant regulations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Robert Leech.

I have worked with several letting agents in Surrey and Robert Leech was by far the least professional. Communication was poor, responses were often unclear, and the agency appeared unwilling or unable to explain tenancy matters when questions arose. Their position seemed to be that they would only follow the landlord's instructions, with little regard for assisting tenants or providing clear guidance. I expected a letting agent to understand the rental process and help both parties navigate issues professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not use this agency again.

She was ultra successful firstly in finding a buyer very quickly, then remained efficient, friendly, reliable, patient, communicative and extremely responsive to what became a bit of a challenge towards the end! Jess was always a pleasure to talk to and nothing was ever too much of a problem for her. GoogleI couldn’t recommend Robert Leech enough for their full support throughout selling my home. From the viewings where every sales person knew the whole house, from a sale falling through (buyer moved elsewhere) to a sale being made second time round very quickly. It’s been a stressful process (complications with sign off) made much easier by the support and encouragement from the team at Robert Leech. Lisa has held our hands throughout the whole process checking in every week and more. Couldn’t have met a more dedicated person who kept everyone in the loop at every stage. My onward purchase estate agent is unfortunately nowhere near as passionate as Lisa and it’s shown me just the over and above service provided. The team are so friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. Absolutely thrilled with the service I’ve received. Thank you Lisa, Craig & the team! GoogleWe recently completed our sale with Robert Leech in Reigate and they were first class. We had originally been with another agency in the area and switched to Robert Leech when we felt the fit wasn't quite working and the contrast was startling. The whole team is excellent but our point of contact was Lisa and we really can't praise her highly enough. Throughout she was proactive, communicative and professional and repeatedly impressed with her attention to detail and her willingness and ability to coordinate between multiple parties at key moments so that the process kept moving as smoothly as possible, which was very reassuring. Overall, terrific, and whether buying or selling we would certainly choose to work with Robert Leech again next time.

GoogleI have rented properties for the last 6 years and honestly have never had such a bad experience. From the moment we moved in we have just had problem after problem. When we first moved in we listed all the issues within the property, sent them to Robert Leech and only a couple of the issues were dealt with. We then had a issue with mice in the property, and because robert leech appointed pest control without telling the landlord, the landlord then refused to speak with robert leech. The pest control man had been at the property before with a mice issue so it was obviously a ongoing issue. Then over the Summer, a bees nest formed right outside our window. We contacted robert leech by phone and email and we just never got anywhere emails ignored, told we would be called back never called back. After over a month without contact Bees were now entering the property, I emailed saying if my daughter gets stung I will raise a complaint. Another 2 weeks passed with no contact at all, my daughter got stung. STILL no action was taken the bees nest is still there to this day. I raised a complaint and was told my complaint would be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded within 14 working days. STILL nothing, no response to my complaint, no action taken to resolve the bees nest. Then when our contract was up and we could finally move out we had aggressive rude staff members talking to us with aggression, no apology for not dealing with the issues we have raised. Glad to be out and will never deal with this estate agents ever again, the lack of communication was horrendous.
