I can highly recommend Emma from Robert Leech in Reigate. From our first meeting she then kept us updated at every stage. She sent several viewers from the time the property was marketed and secured a sale very quickly. At exchange, Emma went above and beyond the call of duty in persuading the solicitor to turn her computer back on and complete the exchange, as the solicitor was ready to leave for the Christmas break. We had peace of mind that the exchange had happened without having to wait until the New Year. We can't thank you enough Emma. Big Thanks.

From the moment we met Lisa at our first viewing, she has not left our sides. Always reachable (whatever the time of day!) to offer intelligent guidance, as well as a friendly and experienced voice whenever reassurance was needed - which was often! Lisa has the rare gift of making you feel like you are the only client in her orbit and her unwavering attention and hard work to get us to exchange has been worth its weight in gold! We trusted her totally throughout, know she is genuinely thrilled for us and now feel lucky enough to count her as a friend. Thank you Lisa (along with Emma and Katie!) for always being in our corner - we honestly couldn’t have done any of it without you. What a fabulous powerhouse of women!! We are so excited to get into our new home.

Jess at Reigate Branch is the best!!

What can I say?!! Jess at Reigate branch is phenomenal!! She was ultra successful firstly in finding a buyer very quickly, then remained efficient, friendly, reliable, patient, communicative and extremely responsive to what became a bit of a challenge towards the end! Jess was always a pleasure to talk to and nothing was ever too much of a problem for her. Thank you so much Jess, you made a slightly difficult situation so much easier to cope with and because of you we exchanged today. I shall be recommending you to everyone 🤩

I couldn’t recommend Robert Leech enough for their full support throughout selling my home. From the viewings where every sales person knew the whole house, from a sale falling through (buyer moved elsewhere) to a sale being made second time round very quickly. It’s been a stressful process (complications with sign off) made much easier by the support and encouragement from the team at Robert Leech. Lisa has held our hands throughout the whole process checking in every week and more. Couldn’t have met a more dedicated person who kept everyone in the loop at every stage. My onward purchase estate agent is unfortunately nowhere near as passionate as Lisa and it’s shown me just the over and above service provided. The team are so friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. Absolutely thrilled with the service I’ve received. Thank you Lisa, Craig & the team! Your all amazing 🤗 Gemma & Steve

My husband and I have recently completed on buying a house from Robert Leech. The whole process from start to finish (baring in mind we’ve had Christmas and NY in-between) has been seamless, from the first viewing and requesting a few more to making the offer and it being accepted. They recommended a mortgage broker, Katie, who helped and organised everything for us. Emma was on top of everything sale wise and was so good at keeping on top of things. They are a really friendly, well established team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you all so very much.

We have just exchanged contracts on the sale of my son's flat. Craig conducted all the viewings for me as I was unable to be there. Jessica kept me updated on times of viewings and provided feedback and Emma was brilliant when we hit a tricky patch. She took things in hand immediately, made phone calls, reported back straightaway and even offered her son's services when our removal company had booked out our preferred date. Her son was kind enough to get back to me very quickly too with an offer of help. We are very appreciative of the whole team and would happily recommend their services.

Worst Rental Experience - Lack of communication

I have rented properties for the last 6 years and honestly have never had such a bad experience. From the moment we moved in we have just had problem after problem. When we first moved in we listed all the issues within the property, sent them to Robert Leech and only a couple of the issues were dealt with. We then had a issue with mice in the property, and because robert leech appointed pest control without telling the landlord, the landlord then refused to speak with robert leech. The pest control man had been at the property before with a mice issue so it was obviously a ongoing issue. Then over the Summer, a bees nest formed right outside our window. We contacted robert leech by phone and email and we just never got anywhere emails ignored, told we would be called back never called back. After over a month without contact Bees were now entering the property, I emailed saying if my daughter gets stung I will raise a complaint. Another 2 weeks passed with no contact at all, my daughter got stung. STILL no action was taken the bees nest is still there to this day. I raised a complaint and was told my complaint would be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded within 14 working days. STILL nothing, no response to my complaint, no action taken to resolve the bees nest. Then when our contract was up and we could finally move out we had aggressive rude staff members talking to us with aggression, no apology for not dealing with the issues we have raised. Glad to be out and will never deal with this estate agents ever again, the lack of communication was horrendous.

This is our second time selling with Robert Leech in Reigate....Emma and Craig were superb throughout the whole process. At one point, our sale had fallen through due to something raised on the survey, but due to the tenacity and determination of both we were able to work out a solution and get it back on track. There were many twists and turns in our chain/sale and it was never going to be an easy win, but they were with us all the way, A genuine well done and heartfelt thanks.

Delighted with the outstanding service provided by Emma & Craig at Robert Leech. They went above and beyond in ensuring our sale went through, working tirelessly when there were unavoidable issues with our chain. You only truly appreciate the value of a good company & a knowledgable team when things don’t quite go to plan. Thanks to Emma & Craig we have now moved and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for marketing and selling your property.

Lisa at Robert Leech is simply FANTASTIC! We bought and sold through her and her intelligent approach made the whole experience painless. She knows every detail of the houses she shows you, so you have all the info you need to make a decision, and is really smart at navigating the inevitable hiccups you get with buying and selling. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, she's very responsive and I'm not sure I could have done it without her. Will miss our daily messages! The whole team at Robert Leech are really great too, 100% the best estate agents in Reigate.

Robert Leech comes highly recommended and sold our house really quickly with a hands on approach from start to finish taking away the stress that comes with moving house. From the start Craig Custance and Wendy Gould were always on hand to help with the daunting task and the wrap up call to say thank you was the icing on the cake.

Robert Leech in Reigate and specifically Lisa Perowne have been excellent in assisting us with our purchase. Lisa’s communication was excellent, she often went above and beyond and I have no doubt we only managed to secure everything so quickly because of her hard work. She excelled at the detail and was also kind and compassionate too. Would highly recommend.
