GoogleSally was a great help initially with helping us identify tenants quickly and by advising us of useful and reliable tradesmen. We were then supported through the rest of the process by Lisa who was absolutely wonderful. She was always available and exuded warmth with thorough professionalism. She made the trials of a sometimes tortuous journey disappear. I would certainly use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have bought & recently sold our house through Robert Leech Reigate & can not thank Emma West & her team enough for making the whole process seamless & stress free. Communication between all the parties was brilliant for the start ensuring that the sale/purchase kept up momentum & within 4 months the sale completed. Would certainly recommend Robert Leech if you are looking to sell your home.

GoogleEmma West was a joy as our Robert Leech agent. She was the agent who sold us the property (nine years ago) and when she was put back on to sell it for us, we knew we were in safe hands. She is the antithesis of the archetypal agent and for us, that's a good thing. She took the time to get to know us, really understood our motives for moving and the work we'd done on our home in the intervening period. That meant she was able to represent us well. Her communication was excellent, we always felt in the loop and we knew that she was working hard for us. Her candour and advice was first class.

GoogleMy experience of buying our family home listed with Robert Leech was fantastic from start to finish. On viewing, we were given the time & space we needed, without feeling rushed. I was mostly dealing with Emma West in the Reigate office, and I cannot fault her professionalism and responsiveness to the needs of the sale process. She was always available on the phone to guide us through the process. When we had the inevitable conveyancing issues, Emma was on hand to drop kick the sale over the line to meet buyers and vendors expectations. It was a pleasure celebrating with the team when I came to collect keys to my new home! I am most grateful to Emma, and the wider team, for their efforts to help me secure my dream home, and recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWe recently sold our house using Robert Leech at Reigate and thought they were superb. From initial valuation, all the way through the process up until completion the team were brilliant and we were always kept very well informed and up to date. All queries were answered in a timely and effective manner. Emma was the main agent overseeing the sale and was fantastic, as were her colleagues including Andrew, Amanda and Stephanie who were also all involved. As a company they were friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again and recommend that others do the same. involved. GoogleThanks to the team at Robert Leech Reigate for closing a third house sale for us in 8 years, and particularly to Emma West as the senior negotiator. Their energy, attention to detail and professionalism ensures a win-win for both buyer and seller. Highly recommended.
Thank you Jon for your wonderful review. I'm so pleased we could help you again with your move.

GoogleI cannot praise highly enough the professionalism, tenacity and commitment of Emma West, part of the Robert Leech team in Reigate. Emma has fought for our best interests from the start, building a clear and effective line between us, herself and the current owners of our dream home. Despite delays that were entirely outside of any of our control, Emma stayed with us and committed fully to getting this purchase over the line, which has now been achieved. I honestly don't think we would be planning the move to our new home without Emma's persistence and the unfaltering professionalism that we have experienced throughout working with Robert Leech Estate Agents.
Terence, thank you for this wonderful review. We’re over the moon that we (Emma especially) have helped you buy your new home!

GoogleHave been dealing with Emma at Robert Leech Reigate for a recent house purchase, and her help and communication throughout has been excellent. Very quick to respond, especially on email, which is extremely helpful when trying to deal with things in and around work when phonecalls are sometimes difficult. Also very much appreciate the lack of upselling of additional services such as mortgage brokers, conveyancers etc which stands in marked contrast to the tortuous practices of some other estate agents. From a buyer's perspective it leaves a very good impression.
Thank you Adam for your kind words, we are so pleased we could help with your transaction.
