Jess at Reigate Branch is the best!!

What can I say?!! Jess at Reigate branch is phenomenal!! She was ultra successful firstly in finding a buyer very quickly, then remained efficient, friendly, reliable, patient, communicative and extremely responsive to what became a bit of a challenge towards the end! Jess was always a pleasure to talk to and nothing was ever too much of a problem for her. Chrissie and her colleagues were so helpful and reassuring for our house purchase. When things felt rocky, they were the most secure place to turn for reassurance and dealing with issues as they arose for us. Chrissie's years of experience in the local housing market was exactly what we needed with remote conveyancers and various complications on our purchase. We would wholeheartedly recommend Robert Leech as they represented the vendors so well, and the team all picked up when Chrissie was not available. We are really pleased to finally be in our new home.

I have rented properties for the last 6 years and honestly have never had such a bad experience. From the moment we moved in we have just had problem after problem. When we first moved in we listed all the issues within the property, sent them to Robert Leech and only a couple of the issues were dealt with. We then had a issue with mice in the property, and because robert leech appointed pest control without telling the landlord, the landlord then refused to speak with robert leech. The pest control man had been at the property before with a mice issue so it was obviously a ongoing issue. Then over the Summer, a bees nest formed right outside our window. We contacted robert leech by phone and email and we just never got anywhere emails ignored, told we would be called back never called back. After over a month without contact Bees were now entering the property, I emailed saying if my daughter gets stung I will raise a complaint. Another 2 weeks passed with no contact at all, my daughter got stung. STILL no action was taken the bees nest is still there to this day. I raised a complaint and was told my complaint would be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded within 14 working days. STILL nothing, no response to my complaint, no action taken to resolve the bees nest. Then when our contract was up and we could finally move out we had aggressive rude staff members talking to us with aggression, no apology for not dealing with the issues we have raised. Glad to be out and will never deal with this estate agents ever again, the lack of communication was horrendous.

Worst Rental Experience - Lack of communication

My fiancee Samneet and I recently purchased a property at Oxted. Chrissie from the sales team did a fantastic job to expedite this and ensured a smooth completion before any stamp duty changes. Meanwhile the rental contract of the current property was about to expire, and there was a slight delay in completion, which left me in panic. Chrissie came up with a brilliant solution and redirected me to their letting team. Jonathan and Amy from the lettings team did a fantastic arrangement to help me renting within just 2 days, the quickest time around I have ever seen for renting. This saved me financially and relieved me from mental stress. Kerri Glassey makes all the difference for us when dealing with our house rental. Really feels like she is on our side and actively trying to chase thing up for us and trying to improve our living experience. It makes a big difference for tenants like us to have a reliable go to person like Kerri. We recently had a better shower system installed thanks to Kerri pushing for it having seen our situation and she was great at convincing the landlord. Absolutely blown away with the service given by Robert Leech Oxted. I won't say any names but we sold through an internet based agent and we and our buyer were left stranded! We dealt with Andy Wilkins all the way through the purchase and he bent over backwards to walk us and our buyer through the whole move, without him it would never have worked out. He and the team did the job of an estate agent and solicitor chasing everything to the second keeping us updated with any news daily.
