It’s amazing what can be done when you put your mind to it. And I’m not talking about me. I’m talking about Kerri Glassey who works at Robert Leech Estate Agents What an absolute superstar. She has been the most fantastic, supportive and communicating person in a nightmare after a tree fell onto my house. Yesterday was full on non stop madness full of landlords, tree surgeons, roofers, hotels and a very good dog Jimmy. Kerri has been sorting everything for me, kept in touch at every stage and been utterly lovely and supportive. We don’t shout out people who do a good job enough. So here’s to Kerri. Thank you x

We have just exchanged contracts on a house that Kelly at Robert Leech found for us. We have received fantastic, professional service throughout. The opportunity simply would not have happened without Kelly's proactivity and follow up. One week after we registered at the office in Oxted, Kelly called us with an offer to view a house, and that the owner wanted to avoid large numbers of viewings. Thank you to Alex who showed us around on the weekend at short notice. From then onwards Kelly took care of everything, was very responsive to emails and phonecalls, and always friendly and clear in her communication, giving helpful advice. Thank you to the whole team for seeing us get over the line for exchange within a tight timeframe. We have been very happy with the service.

I recently came across Robert Leech Estate Agents on Rightmove. They had an amazing 1 bed advertised in the lower Addiscombe area. Myself and my wife requested a viewing of the property. Brooke the property advisor got in touch and arranged a viewing. From start to finish, she was very professional, made us feel valued, always respond to our every enquiries. When she's not able to respond to my emails her colleague Jonathan would get back with an update. I would recommend this Estate Agent 100 and 1%. We were absolutely delighted to work with the Oxted Robert Leech team, not only with the sale our property, but also the purchase of our new property. Chrissie was particularly brilliant, going out of her way to ensure everything ran smoothly and was incredibly supportive throughout. Kelly also was a tremendous help and from beginning to end the Robert Leech team were always on hand to help. The presentation of our property was excellent and we secured a buyer within 48 hours of the listing going live. When we first met Craig we were immediately impressed by his calm and friendly manner and his sensible advice. Having had fairly smooth and easy conveyances previously, we weren’t expecting too many problems. However, our sale and purchase this time around was anything but easy. Craig found us a buyer within a week but there were a multitude of problems in the chain and fairly complex legal issues to contend with. We can honestly say that without Craig we would not be moving. Craig is the consummate professional. He was always available to reassure us and to take on much of the load, whatever the time of the day. However, what makes Craig stand out is his intricate knowledge of the legal process. By understanding the legal issues he was able to pre-empt issues and then work out a solution so as to avoid further delays. He was proactive throughout. When the transaction was stalling and we didn’t know how to move things forward, Craig found the solutions and pushed the parties along. However, in addition to the above, Craig also understands people. He understands the stress of a house move and we found his advice and support incredibly reassuring. Whilst everyone hopes for a smooth and easy house move, things do go wrong. We were fortunate that we had Craig working with us.

Where do I start? Having bought/sold personally five times and three times assisted moves, I have had my fair share of dealings with estate agents. Until now, my experiences have not been the greatest, however, Robert Leech in Oxted have been outstanding, specifically Craig Custance. This move was my parents, who after 47 years in the same home decided it was time to downsize, to say this was a difficult, bittersweet move is a bit of an understatement! Craig’s kind, professional, empathic nature has made this transition so much easier. Even though Robert Leech in Oxted are not our local agent, I am so glad we took a leap of faith and used them in this instance. From start to finish, Craig Hassam been available at all times to help and manage what, at one point, became quite a difficult process.
