Robert Leech Estate Agents Ltd Oxted reviews

From start to finish dealing with Robert Leech was a pleasure. They had a very clear price target and even had a prospective buyer lined up, who ended up being the buyer. They discussed it with me at length and gave me good insights into the market before I committed. They were very responsive throughout the process, and helped what they could to advance our fairly complicates chain. I strongly recommend them if you live in Oxted and want to sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Value

The lettings team in Oxted have been excellent. They rented my apartment out very quickly and efficiently. Christine went above and beyond what is expected, extremely proactive and incredibly professional. They also suggested excellent contractors that made the transition between tenants seemless. If Christine wasnt in, Ria or Michelle was there to help and did so just as efficiently. Thank you for making the process quick, easy and stress free.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Professional agents that cover a large patch of east Surrey. Special mention for Miles Frith, who really goes the extra mile for his clients. He has a bright future ahead of him.

Robert Leech have just sold our house in Limpsfield. With Brexit and COVID-19, it has been a difficult and protracted sale (no fault of RL) I really couldn't fault Andy and Chrissie. Even when things were difficult and we lost our original buyer, they always acted with great professionalism and integrity. Many would have fobbed us off with excuses or false promises but they were honest and straightforward, even when things were tough . We can recommend them unconditionally to anyone buying and selling in the area and hope that their character and integrity is well recognised and rewarded by the Directors. Thank you - we're grateful /H&VPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have nothing but praise for Chrissie and Andy @ the Robert Leach Oxted branch. With an abundance of local housing market knowledge, they seemlessly and very prfessionally faciliated the sale of our home, keeping us informed regulalry and even went above & beyond to help close the deal sooner so we could complete our move from Surrey to Glasgow! Thank you very much - you are both truly a credit to Robert Leach and highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We were looked after by Alex and his colleagues at the Oxted branch (as buyers). The comms and inevitable bumps in the road were dealt with promptly and professionally either via telephone or email, and were relatively on tap as and when we needed any help. We found them very easy to deal with, trustworthy and a pleasant service all-round. Thumbs up from us!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I was shown around a property by a very friendly young lady named Rebecca. Sadly i didn't have the pleasure of using Robert Leach as a letting agent because I fell in love with another apartment elsewhere but i certainly wouldn't of hesitated taking out an agreement with those guys. The ladies on the phone sounded friendly, professional and wasn't pushy in any way! Sorry that what you guys had wasn't for me. Thank you for your time! Charles.

I wanted to express my appreciation for your prompt and efficient handling of the moth issue in our property. It's impressive how Kerri took over from Molly and swiftly addressed the matter, ensuring that it was resolved in a short span of time. Kerri's quick response and effective communication have been instrumental in bringing about this positive outcome. It's reassuring to know that our concerns are being attended to with such professionalism. Thank you once again for your dedication to resolving the matter. Your efforts are greatly valued. Best regards, Autman

It is difficult to describe in a few words just how professionally Robert Leech guided us through a purchase process, which - for no fault of theirs or ours - had numerous obstacles. Though we were buyers, they offered wise advice and patient support at every turn, dedicating hours to problem solving, way beyond what one might have expected. Kelly and Andy, we are immensely grateful!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Emma West has been involved in several property transactions on my behalf. Her knowledge of the local market is excellent, she has always proven to be accurate in her valuations and marketing strategy and honest with her advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma and the team at Robert Leech - I wouldn't dream of using another agent in Reigate
