This was my second dealing with Robert Leach after I having now sold the property that I purchased through them 4 years ago. Once again the service has been brilliant, especially from Chrissie who has helped to get everything through no matter the issues that I have had with other parties. not great towards tenants once tenancy starts

Absolutely supportive and helpful in the phase of signing the lease as tenants, however once tenancy started the treatment has not been great, compared to other agencies we have let from, the attitude towards us is really poor, very focused on the landlord benefits only. Communication is cold, apparently they are really good at keeping the landlords undisturbed with issues. As an example contract stated that pets were not allowed however such consent would not be ''unreasonably withheld'' Even more now that legislations are changing I really thought our request would have been handled differently; we are in a 3 bedroom cottage with plenty of space and were denied to have a small dog for my 5 years old to be able to grow caring for an animal, just because the garden is shared with the neighbor and the neighbor does not want us to have a pet; on top of that when we asked the neighbor he firmly denied this. Poor values from this company as apparently the main vision is centered on landlords not tenants.

I had been looking for a rental property for my daughter for several weeks and along the way met unscrupulous agents and individuals offering poor accommodation and services. We were lucky enough to find a property to let through Robert Leech. I interacted with several of their rental agents and manager, and I was overwhelmed by their kindness and how helpful they were. In an industry where agents can be pushy, rude and unhelpful this agency was a breath of fresh air and I am very grateful for how professionally everything was managed and how they went the extra mile to ensure a quick move in date. Andy at Robert Leech was key in getting our property purchase over the line. He was always courteous, proactive and informative and managed the chain above and below when blockers occurred. He went over and above any agent we encountered on our property search, our viewings of our new property were handled with professionalism, they had a strong grasp of all property details and were flexible with our viewing times and days.
