GoogleIf you're looking to sell your property I couldn't recommend Robert Leech more highly, they delivered a quality service throughout the sale. It involved a high conflict divorce and Craig did a brilliant job of managing all parties to ensure things could be resolved and moved forward in a positive way. Chrissie was excellent in keeping everything joined up to ensure the sales process ran smoothly.

GoogleWe recently completed a purchase in Redhill and Alex was extremely helpful from start to finish. He gave us brilliant suggestions such as relocating the utility, really considering the kind of home we would like to build there. He was always available when we had any questions and concerns and very informative. We were so pleased with the personal service level we received. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Oxted through Robert Leech. I would highly recommend them. Craig was our key contact and kept us informed and involved throughout. He went out of his way on a number of occasions to ensure a deal was made and that our sale went through smoothly. The entire team were fantastic and clearly work well together. Truly excellent service.

GoogleWe have worked with Robert Leech Lettings Dept for many years, we worried when established names and faces departed, but thankfully an excellent team have emerged. Our apartment became available following a four year rental (sourced by RL) towards the end of lockdown, bad time we thought, but no and a new tenant moved in two months later. Despite COVID & our first buyer pulling out late in the process they kept us informed, managed difficult solicitors and offerred support way beyond what was expected throughout the entire process. GoogleCraig was exceptional. Normally developers don’t accept an offer in a brand new property until your existing home is at offer stage. Craig understood our situation and was able to speak to the developer and come to an agreement where an offer was accepted. He also was flexible and constructed a competitive offer on fees which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe bought a house recently through Robert Leech, we were dealing with Craig specifically, and - despite it being unavoidably a rather long process - Craig kept in touch, managed all parts of the chain proactively, and was available whenever we needed anything. Buying a house is never a fun process, but I did feel confident that through Robert Leech, Craig was managing as effectively as it possibly could be managed!

GoogleWe needed to find a family home to rent while we had work on the house we had bought. We were quite new to the area. We knew we could be living there a while so it had to be right. Petula was amazing she had great local knowledge she listened to our needs and was was honest, friendly efficient and extremely helpful. When we were renting the owners wanted to sell the house use once our contract was up, and again Petula and the team at Robert Leech where very considerate and professional towards our family's timetable, while they were doing the viewings. Thank you Petula you were a star. I would not hesitate to recommend you.

GoogleAVOID !!! Please. A posh, softly spoken gentleman (wont mentioned the name) tried to sell a B2 clad property (the same as the tragic Grenfell disaster) without disclosing it. (and will likely say its not even after site surveys of the building). Kept on putting silly amounts of presure on me to get it signed off to make his commision - knowing I couldn't get a mortgage on it (needs to be a cash buyer). Wasted months in time and also £100's for mortgage advisors! Just shocking. Making up porkies and other weird excuses along the way. Please avoid using this awful sales group (I mean estate agency).
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback however I must confirm that your review is unfortunately factually incorrect. The property in question does not have B2 cladding and is completely mortgageable. There was in fact another first time buyer purchasing the apartment before you who obtained a mortgage but unfortunately this sale did not go through, as the vendors could not find a property to buy themselves. It is important when purchasing a property to keep a good momentum and as it took over a month for you to instruct a solicitor the sellers naturally started to feel concerned over your commitment to the transaction. To this date the seller has confirmed that no legal work has started so when they received an offer from an interested party who viewed the property before you, they felt at risk of losing their recently agreed onward purchase and decided it was in their best interest to accept another offer. It is certainly disappointing to hear that you feel that we would 'make up porkies' as this is certainly untrue and completely against our code of ethics. We are sorry that you are not in a position to proceed with this property but we would still love to help you find a home and are here to assist you with this. They discussed it with me at length and gave me good insights into the market before I committed.
