What can I say?!! Jess at Reigate branch is phenomenal!! She was ultra successful firstly in finding a buyer very quickly, then remained efficient, friendly, reliable, patient, communicative and extremely responsive to what became a bit of a challenge towards the end! Jess was always a pleasure to talk to and nothing was ever too much of a problem for her. Worst Rental Experience - Lack of communication

I have rented properties for the last 6 years and honestly have never had such a bad experience. From the moment we moved in we have just had problem after problem. When we first moved in we listed all the issues within the property, sent them to Robert Leech and only a couple of the issues were dealt with. We then had a issue with mice in the property, and because robert leech appointed pest control without telling the landlord, the landlord then refused to speak with robert leech. The pest control man had been at the property before with a mice issue so it was obviously a ongoing issue. Then over the Summer, a bees nest formed right outside our window. We contacted robert leech by phone and email and we just never got anywhere emails ignored, told we would be called back never called back. After over a month without contact Bees were now entering the property, I emailed saying if my daughter gets stung I will raise a complaint. Another 2 weeks passed with no contact at all, my daughter got stung. STILL no action was taken the bees nest is still there to this day. I raised a complaint and was told my complaint would be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded within 14 working days. STILL nothing, no response to my complaint, no action taken to resolve the bees nest. Then when our contract was up and we could finally move out we had aggressive rude staff members talking to us with aggression, no apology for not dealing with the issues we have raised. Glad to be out and will never deal with this estate agents ever again, the lack of communication was horrendous.

We recently sold our house through Robert Leech Lingfield and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the outset, James Rowell came to value our home and we instantly knew this was the estate agent for us. He was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. The team then organised brilliant photography and created a fantastic listing which really showed our home at its best. James and Carol conducted the viewings and we were delighted to receive offers within the first week. From there, Wendy Gould took over managing the sale, and this is where Robert Leech truly proved to be a class above. The chain encountered several obstacles, but Wendy was absolutely vital in holding everything together. Without her dedication and persistence, I have no doubt the sale would have fallen through. Having bought and sold multiple properties before, I can honestly say Robert Leech Lingfield are head and shoulders above other estate agents we’ve dealt with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We recently experienced disappointingly poor customer service from Robert Leech’s Lingfield Branch. This was not what we were expecting from this reputable company at all. Having resisted their attempts to market the property at a much lower price because of Right Move’s search criteria, an offer for the full asking price was received within days of the property going on the market, in spite of poor quality photography and uninspiring marketing copy. For someone who had not sold for many years there was no guidance on next steps and very poor communication throughout, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. When we did hear from them, the focus was always on the buyer despite us being the customer. Whilst we hope others have a better experience, based on ours, we would not recommend this Branch.

But I have to say Robert Leech was amazing it took a while for us to sell our property but we got there in the end and we had the most efficient help we could have had . They was always there when we had viewings they always came if we needed them so they had a key and let themselves in and out they are very trustworthy they also got the property I’m in which was hard going for us all but we got there in the end. Michelle helped us so much she was just terrific at her job and also Mark to they are a great team together. And if I ever wanted to sell or buy I would most definitely go back to Robert Leech. My experience with Robert Leech Lingfield went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. I lost both my parents within 8 months of each other and I had no idea what to do or where to start. I had a mentally Ill brother who at times refused to believe they were dead and 4 properties 2 of which had tenants in to sell. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them especially Mark and Jordon. They worked closely with the solicitor and bit by bit made my living nightmare bearable and at the same time dealt with all the confused phone calls from my brother and supported me.
