GoogleWe are first time buyers with very little experience and understanding of the house buying process. Combined with a purchase that produced certain challenges and difficulties we felt that the staff at Robert leech aided in a smooth transaction, helping us and mediating on our behalf where necessary. Without this valuable input we would have been very lost indeed. We felt their approach to be highly professional and equally as efficient. Would definitely recommend in the future. GoogleHaving seen the success of Robert Leech’s sales in our road, we decided to put our house on jointly (in addition to an East Grinstead agent who'd had the house for 8 weeks, working hard for us, but with no selling success at that stage), with them. I was extremely impressed by Mark who knows the area and market exceptionally well. He was completely upfront and honest with us from the start, even though it may not always have been what we wanted to hear! We took his valued, superb professional advice and then met the fantastic Michelle, who immediately familiarised herself with our house, preparing herself for their accompanied viewings and together they made/make an outstanding team! Following just a few viewings, 4 weeks later we accepted an offer from someone ‘proceedable’, meaning we were able to secure the house we so wanted and we exchanged contracts last week. Getting to that point wasn’t straightforward by any means, but Michelle was constantly positive, hugely encouraging, always cheerful, highly efficient and was precisely the calming influence I so needed, keeping my stress levels as low as they could be! She continually 'went the extra mile', always kept 'one step ahead' of issues and her communication was second to none (and that was with the whole chain), nothing was too much trouble for her, she worked tirelessly and remained proactive throughout the whole proceedings. I’ve had MANY moves over 40 years and ‘hand on heart’, I can truly say they've provided a 'refreshing' experience of the house buying process and that without a doubt, she and Mark are THE best estate agents we’ve ever had the pleasure of using. We can’t thank you enough, you both are such an asset to the company and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Robert Leech, Lingfield to anyone wanting to sell their home.

GoogleRobert Leech Lingfield were fantastic to buy from. The service was A1 and nothing at all was too much trouble for them. Really nice people in this branch. Christine was lovely when accomodating viewings but in particular, Carol who was doing the leg work on the sale/purchase was absolutely brilliant. Thank you to you all.
