GoogleMy initial interaction was with Paul and Mark, both of whom I found to be very professional. I had the (mis)fortune of listing my new-build houses immediately following the Brexit referendum. Five agents (two national, three local) and a general election later, I decided to list jointly with Robert Leech (and a national agent). Their energy was positive and they provided productive strategies to help sell the two properties. After a buyer was found and a deal agreed, they acted as a calming voice to get the transaction completed. Michelle shone in this regard, constantly keeping both myself and the purchaser fully informed and nudging the professionals to getting everything done. I can highly recommend using Robert Leech as agents, both as a seller and buyer.

Absolutely supportive and helpful in the phase of signing the lease as tenants, however once tenancy started the treatment has not been great, compared to other agencies we have let from, the attitude towards us is really poor, very focused on the landlord benefits only.
