GoogleWe are in the process of selling our home and needed to move into rented accommodation. Brooke Ellis took us on our viewing, she was professional, engaging and knowledgeable and has been first class throughout the process, keeping us advised of each stage and ensuring we had all the information we needed. She is an asset to Robert Leech. Thank you Brooke for all your help.

GoogleWe recently completed a purchase in Redhill and Alex was extremely helpful from start to finish. He gave us brilliant suggestions such as relocating the utility, really considering the kind of home we would like to build there. He was always available when we had any questions and concerns and very informative. We were so pleased with the personal service level we received. Highly recommend!

We were regularly contacted by our agent and all our questions were very quickly responded to. GoogleWe recently sold our property in Oxted through Robert Leech. They provided excellent service and advice, and remained positive and constructive throughout. We especially found Craig to be professional and committed to getting things smoothly across the line.

GoogleHad the pleasure of using Robert Leech to find our latest rental. They're a small chain which I think made the whole experience more personal. We had a few minor teething issues when moving in, however as our let is fully managed, Robert Leech also deals with the property management. They have so far been effecient and effective in addressing the issues. I would have no problem recommending these guys.

GoogleI recently came across Robert Leech Estate Agents on Rightmove. They had an amazing 1 bed advertised in the lower Addiscombe area. Myself and my wife requested a viewing of the property. Brooke the property advisor got in touch and arranged a viewing. From start to finish, she was very professional, made us feel valued, always respond to our every enquiries. When she's not able to respond to my emails her colleague Jonathan would get back with an update. I would recommend this Estate Agent 100 and 1%. Thanks Brooke and Jonathan for walking with us on our property journey, your one in a million.

GoogleI rented a property where Robert Leech were the managing agent. I had a terrible experience with a very slow turn around on requests for this to be fixed after I moved in . Then at the end of the tenancy they took ages to respond to my request to return the deposit. My understanding of deposit protection scheme rules is that they have 14 days but is now over a month and they are only now starting to engage with me when I threatened legal action.

GoogleI used the services of Robert Leech Oxted and in particular Chrissie Doyle with the sale of a recent house. From start to finish of the whole process, Chrissie offered a very professional service, all trouble free and was most helpful and super efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending her services and the services of Robert Leech Oxted in purchasing or selling a future property.

GoogleI have started to rent my first property with this estate agents and I must say they are the most professional and kindest of people I have met. An amazing supportive set of agents here I had Brooke who let my property and Molly, these two ladies are amazing always checking up on my partner and myself throughout the process. I could not have asked anything more of them absolutely incredible.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Oxted through Robert Leech. I would highly recommend them. Craig was our key contact and kept us informed and involved throughout. He went out of his way on a number of occasions to ensure a deal was made and that our sale went through smoothly. The entire team were fantastic and clearly work well together. Truly excellent service.

GoogleIf you're looking to sell your property I couldn't recommend Robert Leech more highly, they delivered a quality service throughout the sale. It involved a high conflict divorce and Craig did a brilliant job of managing all parties to ensure things could be resolved and moved forward in a positive way. Chrissie was excellent in keeping everything joined up to ensure the sales process ran smoothly.

GoogleWe were absolutely delighted to work with the Oxted Robert Leech team, not only with the sale our property, but also the purchase of our new property. Chrissie was particularly brilliant, going out of her way to ensure everything ran smoothly and was incredibly supportive throughout. Kelly also was a tremendous help and from beginning to end the Robert Leech team were always on hand to help. The presentation of our property was excellent and we secured a buyer within 48 hours of the listing going live. Our sale was during a very turbulent time in the market, so when we lost our buyer, the Robert Leech team lept into action and sure enough another buyer was secured quickly, all the while Chrissie was reassuring the vendor of the property we were hoping to purchase to stick with us. Can't recommend this team enough, you are in safe hands!

GoogleI contacted Robert Leech re a property advertised from their office in Reigate - I dealt with an agent - Amanda - who went the extra mile for me as the buying process proceeded. She was efficient and professional and, most importantly, she was never too busy to take questions and ensure they were speedily answered. Always available to show me round the property which I did do on numerous occasions and if not available always managed to juggle her diary to make viewings possible. I took confidence in the process of buying from her confidence and am so grateful to her and others in the office who answered queries in her absence. Would absolutely recommend this estate agent.

GoogleThe staff at Robert Leech have all been great, in particular Amanda Weller who since early March has been at times a life saver during the many stressful moments of my home move. Amanda has promptly returned calls and efficiently dealt with all my enquiries, liaising with the seller, solicitors and myself. Always polite and happy and more than helpful. Many thanks
