GoogleRobert leech recently sold our house for us. We really cant fault them, the house went up live on a wednesday afternoon and by saturday they had a full day of viewings, and helped us to get offers straight away. Very happy with their service and highly recomend

GoogleThe impression from the outset created by Robert Leech EA was very professional and knowledgeable. This has been maintained throughout what has been an extended chain related process. The brochure was first class and this undoubtedly helped to secure an early buyer. Kelly has always kept us informed even when others further down the chain were presenting challenges. She has stuck to the task resolutely to achieve the successful conclusion.

GoogleWhen we first met Craig we were immediately impressed by his calm and friendly manner and his sensible advice. Having had fairly smooth and easy conveyances previously, we weren’t expecting too many problems. However, our sale and purchase this time around was anything but easy. Craig found us a buyer within a week but there were a multitude of problems in the chain and fairly complex legal issues to contend with. We can honestly say that without Craig we would not be moving. Craig is the consummate professional. He was always available to reassure us and to take on much of the load, whatever the time of the day. However, what makes Craig stand out is his intricate knowledge of the legal process. By understanding the legal issues he was able to pre-empt issues and then work out a solution so as to avoid further delays. He was proactive throughout. When the transaction was stalling and we didn’t know how to move things forward, Craig found the solutions and pushed the parties along. However, in addition to the above, Craig also understands people. He understands the stress of a house move and we found his advice and support incredibly reassuring. Whilst everyone hopes for a smooth and easy house move, things do go wrong. We were fortunate that we had Craig working with us.

It wasnt an easy sale - during covid times - but Alex kept me up to date - sharing in the good news whilst also being totally upfront and honest with the harder parts of the sale. I never felt like I was unimportant and always felt fully informed. I felt very well looked after by them and they were happy to work across all people involved in the sale to move things forwards. They looked after me from pre-sale and are still interested in how I am doing in my new home when I speak to them. I would strongly recommend Robert Leech for buying, selling or renting. GoogleHaving been to a number of viewings I was impressed by how professional Craig was as he showed us a great property and took the time to discuss how it could be adapted to our needs. He went above and beyond driving us to key points of interest nearby, always smiling and being very transparent. Such a difference in comparison with another viewing we went to on the same day where the agent only opened the front door and waited for us to finish checking the property as he barely knew the property or the area.

GoogleWe bought a house recently through Robert Leech, we were dealing with Craig specifically, and - despite it being unavoidably a rather long process - Craig kept in touch, managed all parts of the chain proactively, and was available whenever we needed anything. Buying a house is never a fun process, but I did feel confident that through Robert Leech, Craig was managing as effectively as it possibly could be managed!

GoogleWhere do I start? Having bought/sold personally five times and three times assisted moves, I have had my fair share of dealings with estate agents. Until now, my experiences have not been the greatest, however, Robert Leech in Oxted have been outstanding, specifically Craig Custance. This move was my parents, who after 47 years in the same home decided it was time to downsize, to say this was a difficult, bittersweet move is a bit of an understatement! Craig’s kind, professional, empathic nature has made this transition so much easier. Even though Robert Leech in Oxted are not our local agent, I am so glad we took a leap of faith and used them in this instance. From start to finish, Craig Hassam been available at all times to help and manage what, at one point, became quite a difficult process. I cannot recommend Craig and the team highly enough and will always be incredibly grateful to them for managing my parents move.

GoogleI had been looking for a rental property for my daughter for several weeks and along the way met unscrupulous agents and individuals offering poor accommodation and services. We were lucky enough to find a property to let through Robert Leech. I interacted with several of their rental agents and manager, and I was overwhelmed by their kindness and how helpful they were. In an industry where agents can be pushy, rude and unhelpful this agency was a breath of fresh air and I am very grateful for how professionally everything was managed and how they went the extra mile to ensure a quick move in date. GoogleWe recently concluded a purchase with Robert Leech in Oxted, and based on the experience we had, would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Our purchase was plagued with issues from beginning to end, primarily in respect to the sale of our previous property, that could have resulted in our purchase collapsing. However, Craig and his team some how managed to keep everything in check, with great communications and advice, and finally we were able to complete and start our new journey. So once again, thanks to the team, especially Craig, your a star!

Kelly quickly set up an early viewing and Alex showed us around with lots of useful local info in response to our questions. We had a long chain, which Kelly kept on top of liaising with all the other parties involved and was very effective in getting us all to an agreed Exchange and Completion date. Robert Leech have good teamwork as when Kelly wasn't available, Alex stepped in to seamlessly maintain the responsive service.
