GoogleThe lettings team in Oxted have been excellent. They rented my apartment out very quickly and efficiently. Christine went above and beyond what is expected, extremely proactive and incredibly professional. They also suggested excellent contractors that made the transition between tenants seemless. If Christine wasnt in, Ria or Michelle was there to help and did so just as efficiently. Thank you for making the process quick, easy and stress free.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleRobert Leech have just sold our house in Limpsfield. With Brexit and COVID-19, it has been a difficult and protracted sale (no fault of RL) I really couldn't fault Andy and Chrissie. Even when things were difficult and we lost our original buyer, they always acted with great professionalism and integrity. Many would have fobbed us off with excuses or false promises but they were honest and straightforward, even when things were tough . We can recommend them unconditionally to anyone buying and selling in the area and hope that their character and integrity is well recognised and rewarded by the Directors. Thank you - we're grateful /H&VPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thank you so much for your kind words Howard & Viv, it’s been a long road and we are so delighted to have helped enable your sale and onward move come to fruition. Transparency all the way, it works every time! Safe journey to you both. From Chrissie & Andy

GoogleWe have nothing but praise for Chrissie and Andy @ the Robert Leach Oxted branch. With an abundance of local housing market knowledge, they seemlessly and very prfessionally faciliated the sale of our home, keeping us informed regulalry and even went above & beyond to help close the deal sooner so we could complete our move from Surrey to Glasgow! Thank you very much - you are both truly a credit to Robert Leach and highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have worked with Robert Leech Lettings Dept for many years, we worried when established names and faces departed, but thankfully an excellent team have emerged. Our apartment became available following a four year rental (sourced by RL) towards the end of lockdown, bad time we thought, but no and a new tenant moved in two months later. Throughout the process, the new team delivered at every level, delightful to work with, very experienced and knowledgeable and for us and most importantly excellent communications. Thank you Ria and your team. Michael Buckingham.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleIt is always a bit of a lottery selecting a firm to represent you but we are ever so pleased that we chose Robert leech. We were one of the foolish people to attempt to beat the stamp duty deadline in 2021 and there were a number of bumps along the way. Andy & Kelly assisted us throughout the process and help land the transaction in time to make our share of the saving. So if anyone is thinking of using Robert Leech & Co, do rest assured that they are good at their job and we were happy with their service. Mark TatlowPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIt is difficult to describe in a few words just how professionally Robert Leech guided us through a purchase process, which - for no fault of theirs or ours - had numerous obstacles. Though we were buyers, they offered wise advice and patient support at every turn, dedicating hours to problem solving, way beyond what one might have expected. Kelly and Andy, we are immensely grateful!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thank you for your kind words, I will pass them on to Kelly, Andy and the team. All the best in your new home.

GoogleThe whole team at Robert Leech were incredible through our recent house sale which was far from perfect. Despite COVID & our first buyer pulling out late in the process they kept us informed, managed difficult solicitors and offerred support way beyond what was expected throughout the entire process. Thank you Chrissie and the rest of the team!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleLisa from lettings has done an excellent job in letting our house, managing maintenance issues and dealing with all of the the unexpected issues which can arise for landlords and tenants. We do not live very close to the house which we let out, so it has been particularly helpful to have Lisa helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Her advice has been pragmatic and reasonable throughout. Thank you Lisa.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
