Sally was a great help initially with helping us identify tenants quickly and by advising us of useful and reliable tradesmen. We were then supported through the rest of the process by Lisa who was absolutely wonderful. She was always available and exuded warmth with thorough professionalism. She made the trials of a sometimes tortuous journey disappear. I would certainly use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Having seen the success of Robert Leech’s sales in our road, we decided to put our house on jointly (in addition to an East Grinstead agent who'd had the house for 8 weeks, working hard for us, but with no selling success at that stage), with them. I was extremely impressed by Mark who knows the area and market exceptionally well. He was completely upfront and honest with us from the start, even though it may not always have been what we wanted to hear! We took his valued, superb professional advice and then met the fantastic Michelle, who immediately familiarised herself with our house, preparing herself for their accompanied viewings and together they made/make an outstanding team! Following just a few viewings, 4 weeks later we accepted an offer from someone ‘proceedable’, meaning we were able to secure the house we so wanted and we exchanged contracts last week. Getting to that point wasn’t straightforward by any means, but Michelle was constantly positive, hugely encouraging, always cheerful, highly efficient and was precisely the calming influence I so needed, keeping my stress levels as low as they could be! She continually 'went the extra mile', always kept 'one step ahead' of issues and her communication was second to none (and that was with the whole chain), nothing was too much trouble for her, she worked tirelessly and remained proactive throughout the whole proceedings. I’ve had MANY moves over 40 years and ‘hand on heart’, I can truly say they've provided a 'refreshing' experience of the house buying process and that without a doubt, she and Mark are THE best estate agents we’ve ever had the pleasure of using. We can’t thank you enough, you both are such an asset to the company and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Robert Leech, Lingfield to anyone wanting to sell their home.

We are first time buyers with very little experience and understanding of the house buying process. Combined with a purchase that produced certain challenges and difficulties we felt that the staff at Robert leech aided in a smooth transaction, helping us and mediating on our behalf where necessary. Without this valuable input we would have been very lost indeed. We felt their approach to be highly professional and equally as efficient. Would definitely recommend in the future. Robert Leech most definitely deserve a 5 star rating for their work that allowed us to complete the purchase of our first home . Andy Wilkins could always be relied upon to give accurate and honest information, and was able to successfully see us through to the end of a transaction that ran into more than its fair share of complications with other parties! Would recommend to anyone.

As a company we sell many properties and deal with many agents. The team at Robert Leech persisted and managed to secure a sale efficiently. Securing a sale is one thing however Andy's willingness and persistence to see the sale through to completion was first class. I hope I have the opportunity to use Robert Leech again. Many thanks. Andy at Robert Leech was key in getting our property purchase over the line. He was always courteous, proactive and informative and managed the chain above and below when blockers occurred. He went over and above any agent we encountered on our property search, our viewings of our new property were handled with professionalism, they had a strong grasp of all property details and were flexible with our viewing times and days. Robert Leech, I suspect are a dying breed of estate agent in that they are so few and far between nowadays, you simply to do not get this level of professionalism anymore. I would fully recommend Robert Leech and Andy to support your property sale 100%.
