Completely unprofessional, useless as they can’t even get the details right on the property listing. Got bullied first as they threatened they had exclusivity when in fact it had expired & threatened me to pay the agent fees. Then had to provide evidence saying there is no exclusivity .. not even an apology but they changed the service % fees. They changed the service fees % agreed after finding a prospective tenant. In business trust is important which they don’t have. Refrain from this letting agent both landlords & tenants.

Dear Robert Cooperson , It is so disgusting what the lettings team doing I been calling for the Nibthwait house for days and all the times the lettings team been so busy that they couldn’t answer. Finally when I have managed to speak to a lady then she have taken my details and then I have asked about the pets and she said she will check with the landlord and get back to me what never happened this was on Friday. Today as Monday the property no longer available… I don’t know what professionals does this job but is just disgusting!

Mighty glad to see the back of them - a brief but awful sales experience with Clarke Pursey at the Eastcote branch. 👎 Clarke’s pre-sales patter bore zero resemblance to reality. The so-called ‘exclusive waiting list’ of committed buyers for our very popular street was in reality a gaggle of uninformed bargain hunters. His so-called ‘team’ of negotiators were more interested in personal gain than in sharing sales info with their colleagues & getting the best deal for us. Time & again staff failed to share important info we’d provided - info that made our property & circumstances very appealing to buyers. But above all - we became so alarmed by the viewing chaos (over 30 x 15min contiguous viewings for a substantial home - before our house was even on the market), that we had to quickly warn our neighbours - one of whom promptly offered to buy the house! So in the end Clarke & co. shot themselves in the foot - they lost their commission due to their own unprofessional & self-serving conduct.

Brilliant, just Brilliant !! I cannot praise Robert Cooper enough for their help. Everyone we have dealt with have been amazingly professional and have found answers to any problems we have encountered, from needing gardener's or house clearance specialists to roof repairers. The sale of the property was efficient and supported with constant communication, we always knew what was happening. I believe that both buyers and sellers were guided through the sale in as stress free way as possible, never an easy task given all the complications and different moving cogs involved. Armaan was faultless in his role and deserves the highest praise, although everybody we dealt through was also fantastic in their genuine need to help. Five stars really isn't enough, I'd give them ten.

Having worked in the conveyancing industry myself for many years, I have yet to deal with any firm of estate agents who are as professional, conscientious and friendly as Robert Cooper. We marketed our property back in January and Clarke Pursey secured a buyer for us very quickly. Unfortunately, that transaction fell through and Clarke and his team immediately re-marketed our property and successfully secured another buyer within weeks. George, Armaan and Clarke have been exceptional - always corresponding with me by email and telephone, providing updates and managing the entire process (albeit stressful) with understanding and ease.
