We recently bought our property via Robert Cooper and are extremely happy with our interaction with Amber and Sherry. We had a number of viewings at the property with Amber before making an offer and she was really helpful in answering our questions so we could make an informed decision. Once our offer had been accepted, Sherry was really helpful throughout the whole process, answering our questions and also helping to move the process along with the seller's side. We had a pleasant experience with Robert Cooper when selling our flat. The market was little bit quiet but they still pushed through and found us a willing buyer. Riean introduced the company and shared their values and goals. Even before our first meeting, he had already done a lot of research on similar properties and gave honest feedback on what to expect. I valued his professionalism and work ethic. He led the flat viewings and negotiated with potential buyers to give us the best possible sale price. Amber supported with the flat viewings and also took the photos and measurements for the brochure. She was very respectful when working in our space and produced excellent material. We met a number of estate agents when we were looking to sell our bungalow. Clarke had us at hello. He was a cut above the rest. He valued and marketed the property with great thought and care.
