GoogleThis is the third time we have used Robert Cooper over the years and once again they have been absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of our home. From start to finish, the whole team has been professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. Clarke as always is insightful, knowledgeable and approachable and his advice and guidance throughout the process were greatly appreciated. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and was always on hand with helpful advice when we needed it. Sherry was also wonderful. She was always a reassuring and helpful voice at the end of the phone whenever we had a question or needed an update. Her communication and support made what can be a stressful process feel much easier. Selling a house can be a challenging experience, but having a team you can trust makes such a difference. The fact that we have chosen to use them three times speaks volumes about the service they provide. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. GoogleMe and my partner were looking for a place to move in together and found a really nice property with Robert Cooper. Not only were all the properties lovely, but our experience with a variety of different people were too. The professionalism, friendliness, communication and how easy it was from start to finish made the entire process from viewing, to the following weeks of moving in very comforting. The communication from Chris at the beginning while viewing a few properties was really easy as he was very friendly and professional so made the entire experience less overwhelming, along side people such as Patrycja and Andrea who made the process of moving in start to finish simpler for a couple in their 20s! Thank you to all of you at Robert Cooper, and if it wasn’t obvious I would really recommend them, as you are in safe hands!

GoogleHaving dealt with Clarke on a previous property sale, we didn’t even consider using a different agent to sell this property. We like that he’s a straight talker which aligns with us well. And he’s very knowledgeable and you just know that you’re in good hands. The sales details were well prepared and all the viewings were accompanied by the team, as it’s an empty property. We had several offers and Clarke advised us on the best way to proceed. After we’d agreed a figure, our file was handed over to the sales progressor - Sherry. We have had lots of contact with her and regular updates as things moved along. She regularly reminded us that ‘we’re the boss’ and we felt reassured that everything was done in our best interest. Sherry has been so approachable and helpful and we have appreciated the amount of time and effort she has put in, to finally get us where we are now. As is often the case with property sales, there have been some things that have required humour, tact and tenacity. And we really feel the team at Robert Cooper has this in abundance. Everyone that we’ve spoken to along the way has been polite and helpful. Their commission was fair and reasonable and we honestly would use them again for any future property sales.

GoogleI have used Robert Cooper on a couple of occasions and found them highly professional, flexible, transparent in terms of communication and overall a wonderful experience. Clarke was always happy to take a call, with my sometimes 'challenging questions', never not wanted to assist and always offering me the best option/solution. Sherry was exemplar with the 'after sales contracts', she was very swift with replying to my emails and chasing my vendors and solicitors. We had an issue at the beginning of the chain which was resolved promptly due to Sherry's proactive approach. I would highly recommend Rob Cooper for listing your property, for me without a doubt a five star rating.

GoogleI have worked with Robert Cooper as managing agents and as sales agents for many years. They are a responsive team, a small business who know the area and give good information. Recently we had a difficult time with a selling process, and issues on the buyers side that made a difficult and complex transaction. They helped managing through that time, and found a new buyer and supported us through the process. Prices did change during the sale, and they kept us appraised of other similar properties and transactions. They are not perfect, but whenever i have had any concerns there has been a good and friendly follow up. i would recommend them in the area for that knowledge and helpfulness.

This was an incredibly difficult sale and onward purchase, with numerous delays and issues outside of Robert Cooper’s control. Throughout the entire process, Sherry went above and beyond to keep the transaction moving, constantly communicating with all parties and doing everything she could to get us over the line. Her dedication, persistence and professionalism were outstanding. Unfortunately, there were significant delays caused elsewhere during the conveyancing process, but Robert Cooper never stopped pushing for progress and keeping everyone informed. GoogleRobert Cooper is managing the letting of my flat while I am overseas. They were thorough in vetting suitable tenants and have been proactive in managing the property and dealing with issues. Being overseas its important to have good communication with the agent and Robert Cooper and Patrycja Lowinska in particular have been excellent in keeping me informed and updated with changing legislation and addressing any issues that arise.
