I am delighted with my experience with Robert Cooper, and I highly recommend them. The support I received from the entire team was fantastic from start to finish. Chris Install was incredibly helpful when showing me the premises; he took his time and provided positive, insightful comments that genuinely helped me feel confident in my decision. Patrycja was a huge support throughout the entire process, from the initial stages to the final contract signing and beyond. She even followed up after I moved in to ensure everything was going well and that I didn't have any issues. I'm also very happy with the landlord. I'm looking forward to the next 24 months in my new home and am extremely happy with my choice. The professionalism and support from Robert Cooper are second to none.

Pathetic company ,they lie to get the sale or deal done and they will say all sort of lies to just get you to sign and later when they don’t deliver on their promise and you dispute they’re gonna slap you with a large bill and keep throwing the terms and conditions at you, worst company, I have ever dealt with even contacting or escalating to the managing director was useless. speaks the same deceptive language as the staff

Cannot fault Riean and the team for their transparency and great customer service. From arranging the viewing to completing the purchase of our property (within 8 weeks!) the team were very open and clear with us on what was happening, what needed to happen and when it needed to happen by. The sales progressor Cheryl was super helpful in driving both solicitors to do their work, alleviating the pressure off me to do this. The flowers and vouchers was a nice touch on collection of keys. I would definitely use them again if I have the chance to.

I would just like to share my recent experience with Robert Cooper lettings department. The team were honestly so professional and incredibly efficient. Both Tamara and Rohaan were really lovely throughout the whole process of letting my property. Nothing was too much trouble and they both communicated everything to me as and when it happened, I was not left wondering what was going on, I was kept completely up to date with everything and this I think is so important. Also on the odd occasion I called them they were always available to speak to me or they would call me back without fail. This for me is a key indicator of the really excellent service they provided.
