I would just like to share my recent experience with Robert Cooper lettings department. The team were honestly so professional and incredibly efficient. Both Tamara and Rohaan were really lovely throughout the whole process of letting my property. Nothing was too much trouble and they both communicated everything to me as and when it happened, I was not left wondering what was going on, I was kept completely up to date with everything and this I think is so important. Also on the odd occasion I called them they were always available to speak to me or they would call me back without fail. This for me is a key indicator of the really excellent service they provided. Thank you so much you both went out of your way, were so lovely and made the experience a pleasure!

This was the first time I rented a house for accommodation via a letting agency. Thankfully I chose Robert Cooper and I must say it was a great first time experience for me. My entire agreement was taken care off by Mr Armaan Salpekar. He is a very friendly person and is highly efficient in carrying out his duties. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tadhg. I have lived in a lot of rental properties around the area over the years, and the service from the agents has been "fine". Tadhg was a cut above. There was no hard sell, and his sole focus was on making sure that I was happy. He was patient, very well informed about the area, extremely personable, and most importantly was upfront with me throughout. He always got back to me quickly upon any queries I had, and even checked in with me after I had moved in to see how I was getting on. In short, an amazing service from start to finish. A big thank you to Armaan Salpekar who handled our case. We had a viewing with him, he was on time and very professional throughout the entire process. We had put down an offer, everything moved very swiftly and he was very quick to get it all sorted and get a response for us within hours. We unfortunately had to pull out due to a change of circumstances, and unlike other agencies where they want to strip you of every penny this agency was fair and returned our deposit to us. Im writing this review because i dont want someone to get the wrong house. I have been in touch with Robert Coppers with regards to a property in Malvern Avenue and its has been a night mare for the last couple of months. We did a Level 3 survey on the property and the survey suggested that there has been two chimney breasts removed ( which is a structural change) and the survey and the surveyor indicated to get the relevant documentation or do a structural and a full roof survey to nake sure it is done right. Initially the client agreed to give us access to the roofing survey but the next day the real RC called us to to say that the client is denying access to the property to do any other surveys. Raena bond who was working with us was litrelly pushing us to take a decision in 24 hours. We also said if they provide us the relevant documentation so that we dont need to do a survey again Raena came back saying its NON SENSICAL to ask for documentations for the work that is done in 1980's. So they were pushing me to purchase/invest 550K in a property without doing any due diligence. I certainly feel the sellers are dodgy here and wanted to sell a property which has issues and the RC is covering it up. I strongly suggest anyone who looks for the property in Malvern avenue advertised by RC to do all the relevant checks before purchasing the property. We have withdrawn ourselves from the deal as we dont want to invest in a property which might have issues and does not have all the documentations.

Check out nightmare

Nearly 2 months after moving out from my let these agents are attempting to withhold my deposit over items arbitrarily added since the check out process with no explanation at all. Initially they started out with the wrong checkin report, which I pointed out. They will not engage with me and are letting this roll into the TDS dispute process presumably in the hope I give up or make a rookie error and their claims stick. Beware and keep everthing recorded by email sent. I have and am confident.

Please do not believe what they are telling you before you parted your hard earned deposit. Get signed agreement as they lie a lot. They have refused refund my deposit before even I signed contract, as I found out they have lied on their promise.

Six stars, not 5! Exceptional from start to finish. Having switched from another estate agent, it’s crystal clear to me now how poorly other companies perform!
