Called Robert Cooper on 4 occasions to enquire about a property to let, each time they promised a call back but never did. After a week of chasing, I finally got a call back saying a deposit had been taken on the property. The property still remains on all property websites with no indication that it's no longer available almost a week after they told me the deposit was taken. A seamless process, from original valuation where a plan of action/marketing was agreed, to completion of sale. I received regular updates of viewings and feedback. Clarke also called every Friday to give his view on how things were going. I know some estate agents get a bad press , but I can’t fault the service I received and would have no issues recommending Robert Cooper to anyone looking for an efficient estate agent.
