GoogleCompletely unprofessional, useless as they can’t even get the details right on the property listing. Got bullied first as they threatened they had exclusivity when in fact it had expired & threatened me to pay the agent fees. Then had to provide evidence saying there is no exclusivity .. not even an apology but they changed the service % fees. They changed the service fees % agreed after finding a prospective tenant. In business trust is important which they don’t have. Refrain from this letting agent both landlords & tenants.

GoogleI reserved a new build at Howard House since October last year. Waited for 6 months, and now that the developer is still struggling to obtain the new build warranty.
Now I recently saw some new rentals at Howard House also provided by Robert Cooper, and it says that “The apartment is being offered unfurnished and ready to move into end of January 2023.”
They suddenly decide to let the property and it is ready to move in now, while I am still waiting endlessly hoping for any news. I wonder if Robert Cooper has decided to abandoned the buyers of this building.
I applied help to buy to purchase this property. Now that no new applications are accepted, I can only wait for this purchase. I mean I cannot blame the agent for the delay, that’s why I am giving 2 stars. But the agent must be aware of the situation anyway, yet they hide the fact that the developer has been stuck at some point since last April. I was misled that the property had been completed and the contract could have been exchanged in 1 month. When I was told about the fact it was not completed yet, it’s been too late for applying help to buy on another property.

GoogleFrom a lettings perspective, we had a good experience from the lettings team, Armaan who helped us with arranging multiple viewings of the property, negotiating a good deal with the Landlord and securing the house for us. Tamara helped us with getting onboarded very easily, sort out the contracts and fineprint, as well answer our queries on the tenancy whilst co-ordinating with the landlord. As a result we were able to get posession on the agreed date and move in to our new home on time.

I call the agency and they assure me they'd have the agent call me back. Does not call me back. I spent 15 minutes looking for the property and when I finally found it the guys already left.
