Google5 star treatment and service from Robert Cooper especially from Clark. Took all the worry out of selling the family house for my Mum who had lived there for 40 years. Went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend this agents enough. Gave such a great rate too. They even bought flowers for my mum on her birthday and for her new house.

GoogleA seamless process, from original valuation where a plan of action/marketing was agreed, to completion of sale. I received regular updates of viewings and feedback. Clarke also called every Friday to give his view on how things were going. I know some estate agents get a bad press , but I can’t fault the service I received and would have no issues recommending Robert Cooper to anyone looking for an efficient estate agent.

GoogleMatt and Ed in the rental dept have been excellent in the handling of our property to rent. Always courteous and informed of current values, they found tenants immediately our property was ready to be rented. This is the second time they have come up trumps for us and it’s been a very smooth process again. We highly recommend Robert Cooper and Co for a professional and efficient service.

GoogleTerrible agency! I was tricked into appealing a day too late in order to get my deposit back (after place left in better condition than when moved in) and still after nearly a year of not living there, they still send me emails regarding property visit requests and other things to do with the flat and they have ignored my emails requesting they take my details off their system. When living as a tenant in the property they were selling, they sent viewers to my home on appointments I had actually refused and once an agent even used their key to get into my property whilst I was sleeping on a Saturday morning and I had to jump put of bed, dressed inappropriate tell them to leave whilst walking around my home unauthorised, all i got from that occasion was an apology and they then persisted to book viewings day and night, yet to this day have not sold the property. I found the entire service as to when they took over the management of the property I was rented to be a joke, was much better off with the agency looking after it before and the one I use now. (1 star was only chosen as i was unable to submit 0 stars!

GoogleHighly recommended. Amazing estate agent. Robert Cooper helped us finding our first amazing home. The team was really helpful and supported us all the way. It’s so hard to find reliable and trustworthy estate agent but Robert Cooper went beyond our expectations. We will definitely consider them again if we get lucky to buy another property. We highly recommend them and they finished the whole process from putting an offer to complete in 5 months. We were updated on the progress at every stage. Honestly can’t thank them enough for their support and generosity.

GoogleWarning These people are seriously good at what they do. From the time we first walked in to their office, we were made to feel we were the only customer. The service was first class, we were not from the area, and Russell was able to talk about other services that would be useful like auctions, house clearance, solicitors, as we were having to sell the house to pay for Mum's care home fees. We were always kept in touch with progress, and after a great initial response with viewings, we received an offer after only 6 weeks, and all this in the run up to Christmas! I can only say if you are serious about selling, see these people and ask for Russell, then start packing, they don't hang around.
