GoogleHi Very good service. Lewis very helpful and friendly. We moved back to Pinner from the Lake District after 3 years but Lewis get sorted everything so easy for us. Even when been some problem with the property he action it for the very next day. Really good experience at all. These guys are know what to do and they do that very quick as well. Only the 5 star. GoogleAt the beginning we called for a property but then Lewis organised for us a viewing tour offering more houses to see meeting our standards. We literally loved the flat that he found for us. He organised the meeting with the owners (very lovely and kind people). During the process we kept always on touch trough e-mail and phone calls. Lewis was very efficient, professional and helpful. I high recommend Robert Cooper Agency they really care about clients.

GoogleI only have great things to say about my experience with Robert Cooper. Estate Agents are renowned for bad press but during an emotional time recently with the sale of my father’s property, the support and advice I received from Clarke Pursey and his team at the Ruislip and Eastcote branches was excellent. Clarke would communicate regularly in a friendly and efficient manner and guided me through the sale process. Not living in the area and with the property empty I relied heavily on Clarke and his team to ensure the property was left secure and safe during viewings. They were highly trustworthy in this regard and even went to the trouble one weekend out of office hours when I was away to assist with a door locking problem using one of their supplier contacts. This took a lot of worry off my shoulders. Many thanks Clarke for all your help and the wonderful service you provided. It will not be forgotten.

GoogleNever let out a property before. Brooke and Lewis were a great help in pointing us in the right direction. Got tenants in almost immediately. All dealings have been very professional and all queries dealt with in a timely manner, and there have been quite a few being new to the game. Best of all though, haven't felt pressured with endless "follow up" calls as we have experienced with other estate agents. All in all a professional and efficient service. GoogleWe recently purchased an investment property from Robert Cooper and we found the service provided to be outstanding. 1st and 2nd viewings were conducted professionally with the Sales person knowing every detail about this particular property. Our offer was accepted without too much back and forth which you get with some other agents. The sales person dealing with this matter was George and he updated all involved parties throughout the purchase process. Would highly recommend this agency.
