Im writing this review because i dont want someone to get the wrong house. I have been in touch with Robert Coppers with regards to a property in Malvern Avenue and its has been a night mare for the last couple of months. We did a Level 3 survey on the property and the survey suggested that there has been two chimney breasts removed ( which is a structural change) and the survey and the surveyor indicated to get the relevant documentation or do a structural and a full roof survey to nake sure it is done right. Initially the client agreed to give us access to the roofing survey but the next day the real RC called us to to say that the client is denying access to the property to do any other surveys. Raena bond who was working with us was litrelly pushing us to take a decision in 24 hours. We also said if they provide us the relevant documentation so that we dont need to do a survey again Raena came back saying its NON SENSICAL to ask for documentations for the work that is done in 1980's. So they were pushing me to purchase/invest 550K in a property without doing any due diligence. I certainly feel the sellers are dodgy here and wanted to sell a property which has issues and the RC is covering it up. I strongly suggest anyone who looks for the property in Malvern avenue advertised by RC to do all the relevant checks before purchasing the property. We have withdrawn ourselves from the deal as we dont want to invest in a property which might have issues and does not have all the documentations.

Nearly 2 months after moving out from my let these agents are attempting to withhold my deposit over items arbitrarily added since the check out process with no explanation at all. Initially they started out with the wrong checkin report, which I pointed out. They will not engage with me and are letting this roll into the TDS dispute process presumably in the hope I give up or make a rookie error and their claims stick. Beware and keep everthing recorded by email sent. I have and am confident.

As a unit the company works really well. Helpful informative staff, nothing too much trouble. However a special mention for Raena, sales progressor. We had a lot of trouble with the people at the bottom of our chain and Raena was constantly on the case keeping us informed of all the problems being created. It was sorted in the end but it was down to Raena and the sales progressor at the beginning of the chain. Communication is everything when dealing with a stressful situation.
