Cannot fault Riean and the team for their transparency and great customer service. From arranging the viewing to completing the purchase of our property (within 8 weeks!) the team were very open and clear with us on what was happening, what needed to happen and when it needed to happen by. The sales progressor Cheryl was super helpful in driving both solicitors to do their work, alleviating the pressure off me to do this. The flowers and vouchers was a nice touch on collection of keys. I would definitely use them again if I have the chance to.

We recently sold our first home through Robert Cooper. From our first meeting with Clarke we new they were the estate agents we felt confident in. Clark was very warm and showed genuine care in helping us sell our first home, something we had worked hard on and loved. Riean was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the process from arranging and doing the viewings and supporting us through the ups and downs (none due to RC). I couldn't recommend Robert Cooper enough. At a time when things can be quite uncertain and stressful the team were always helpful, quick to answer any calls and questions and keep us in the loop. They also may great recommendations and provided really helpful advice and support throughout.

I was originally fairly satisfied with the overall level of service from Robert Cooper as my letting agent, however, two things really disappointed me towards the end of my tenancy. Firstly, it took the Property Manager in excess of two weeks to organise and rectify a fault with the boiler which left me with no running hot water. Most disappointing was the end of tenancy check out process. A very long, arduous and painful process in obtaining my deposit. Repeated email and telephone requests chasing up the return of my deposit with the Property Manager, Harry Tibby with no reply or little or no material update as for the delay. Once the property manager did eventually get back to me with regards to my deposit (which I had to chase once again) erroneous charges for 'cleaning' where being charged against my deposit with no detail neither were any receipts supplied on request. A long standing professional tenant having always paid my rent on time, the Robert Cooper Property manager really let me down and it all felt pretty 'dodgy' and opportunistic for a few hundred quid.

We recently sold our property with RC and our experience has been extremely positive, despite the many set back we had with our onward purchase (not linked to RC). Special shout out to Clarke who is warm and personable, and genuinely cares about the sale and the people linked to it…something you won’t find easily with many agents. Also many thanks to Raena for looking after our sales process - extremely efficient, gets the job done. Being a local estate agent, they really value building relationships to understand your needs better. Would highly recommended RC for a seamless process and taking away the inevitable stress linked to the process of buying / selling. Thanks RC 🙂

I recently purchased a property through Robert Cooper, and they were fantastic throughout the process. From the initial viewings with Clarke, through to the Sales Support from Raena. The purchase took a long time due to issues with the upward chain, but the whole experience was made much easier due to the regular communication and understanding the agent provided. Raena was fantastic in dealing with my frustrations, and tried to help things move along as best she could! The team are so friendly, and the service feels extremely personal, which is becoming so much rarer these days.

I would highly recommend Robert Cooper for anyone selling their home. Clarke Pursey has been very professional throughout the protracted post-divorce sale of my sister’s family home. Very communicative and diligent throughout the marketing process. Once an offer had been accepted, Raena Bond had a lot of co-ordination work to get through given the 3 parties and their solicitors involved in the process. Raena kept all parties informed, chasing where necessary (numerous times) and managed to get the transaction over the line after a huge amount of effort on her part. The deal would not have completed without her, she is an absolute star. Thanks!

Through the whole process we felt that the team at Robert Cooper were very efficient in keeping us up to date with how the sale of our property was progressing. Unethical and Unprofessional - AVOID. Special mention to Kyle Walsh as one of the worst property agents I have worked with. 2 viewings arranged for a property, 2 offers made and Kyle then decides to mention a completely made up requirement to put down 1% of the property price to confirm the offer! No other agent has such a strange requirement without involving a solicitor/legal intermediary. This should have been made clear before arranging the 1st viewing, the communication from Kyle was poor, misleading and unprofessional throughout. The worst part is the sellers will never know that they may have been able to get better offers and have missed out due to a very poor agent. Unprofessional, no integrity and dodgy - I will never be working with Robert Cooper again.

Robert Cooper has been the letting/management agent for our property in Pinner for over 30 years. All along they provided very good service to us. We had the house renovated recently and afterwards engaged Robert Cooper again to let and manage the house for us. Their Patrycja and Emily were expedient in finding us a sizeable amount of viewers. They provided very sensible advice on the appropriate rent. And they provided for our reference impartial comments on the offers received. Jennifer at the administrative side was also very efficient and helped with the paper works. Overall, we are very happy with the team’s service.
