GoogleI have rated Robert Cooper Estate agents 5, due to the fantastic experience right from the viewing until the completion date. With her great communication skills, professionalism and patience, Raena was always there to help and answer my queries as a first time buyer very patiently. Raena kept us informed through out the process and helped us achieve our target moving date. Raena also introduced me to Utility Warehouse to get the bills under one company. This has come as a time saver for me and also saved me money. On the day of completion, Raena gave us a call in the morning to explain the process again and contacted us as soon as the purchase of the property was completed. To our surprise we were congratulated by the whole team with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Our family whole heartedly thanks the great team of Robert Cooper. We are very grateful for you. Our interactions were entirely professional when they needed to be, and they brought their own character and personal touch to the entire experience which is important for me. Great communication with my solicitor and offered me fantastic advice whenever I became confused with technicalities. I'll be coming back when I'm ready to move into my next home. Thank you so much. GoogleRobert Cooper have been great at managing the sale of our property from early days right through to the hand over of keys. Clarke initially provided sound advice based on market conditions, handing over to Peter who continued to guide us through the process and Mani who always showed people round and kept us updated with enthusiasm and a smile. Once a sale was secured, Rainer managed the process, coordinating with solicitors and estate agents from all parties in the chain, keeping us really well informed of progress and providing advice using her expertise. Robert Cooper made what can be a stressful process, very positive for us by providing an experienced team and through great communication. Many thanks RC

GoogleSix stars, not 5! Exceptional from start to finish. Having switched from another estate agent, it’s crystal clear to me now how poorly other companies perform! The Sales Manager Peter in particular has been a diamond, absolutely brilliant and of course he is supported by an exceptional team, including Raena who is new to Robert Cooper, but that didn’t stop her being undeniably instrumental in getting us that all important completion with her extensive experience and knowledge. Thank you all so much!!!

GoogleI sold my home through Robert Cooper and my contact Peter was excellent throughout, helping us when I had concerns and keeping in touch with my solicitor, who they had also recommended. As the completion date was coming up he then introduced me to Raena who kept in touch with us during before completion, and like Peter her help and advice calmed any worries we all had. We are grateful to them both during a difficult time and would recommend them due to the service we received.

GoogleRobert Cooper, most notably Raena and Clarke, went so out of their way during the many months that my father's complicated sale and purchase was protracted, they were instrumental in completing the transaction and ensuring that it did not fall through. They were both extremely understanding, empathetic and professional and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended.

GoogleAfter lots of research on reputable estate agents in the Eastcote area we chose Robert Cooper along with 2 others to list our property. I have continued to be impressed with their dedication and professionalism throughout this process, Clark Pugsley in particular has provided a level of customer service and customer care that goes above an beyond most, through what could’ve been a very stressful time in such a tough market. GoogleWe both sold and brought through robert cooper. Well all I can say is they were incredible. Clarke for us make the whole process feel less stressful. He’s professionalism and care was excellent. Every problem that arose he was there to help us navigate through it and made it feel seamless. GoogleIn my experience, these guys provide a brilliant service. I have rented a property (as a landlady) through them since last year. Both Armaan and Rohaan were extremely professional. There has always been someone at the end of the phone. You can see the professionalism not just in the staff but also when you walk into their offices at South Ruislip - bright, clean, organised space. Thanks so much for making everything unstressful and keep up the good work.

GoogleI reserved a new build at Howard House since October last year. Waited for 6 months, and now that the developer is still struggling to obtain the new build warranty. Now I recently saw some new rentals at Howard House also provided by Robert Cooper, and it says that “The apartment is being offered unfurnished and ready to move into end of January 2023.” They suddenly decide to let the property and it is ready to move in now, while I am still waiting endlessly hoping for any news. I wonder if Robert Cooper has decided to abandoned the buyers of this building. I applied help to buy to purchase this property. Now that no new applications are accepted, I can only wait for this purchase. I mean I cannot blame the agent for the delay, that’s why I am giving 2 stars. But the agent must be aware of the situation anyway, yet they hide the fact that the developer has been stuck at some point since last April. I was misled that the property had been completed and the contract could have been exchanged in 1 month. When I was told about the fact it was not completed yet, it’s been too late for applying help to buy on another property.

GoogleI was dealing with Armaan Salpekar during my 2nd half of property purchase process. He was excellent with his response time, understanding and clear communications between all parties. Armaan helped speed up the entire process and that gave the real momentum we needed to close the deal. I'm very happy with his service and I'm sure his other clients feel the same as well. My wife and I address him as Mr. Bolt Speed :) because of the speed at which he replies to all our email, phone queries and closes the topics well. Good job Armaan ! And thank you George Gorry for your good service during the entire process.
