GoogleFrom a lettings perspective, we had a good experience from the lettings team, Armaan who helped us with arranging multiple viewings of the property, negotiating a good deal with the Landlord and securing the house for us. Tamara helped us with getting onboarded very easily, sort out the contracts and fineprint, as well answer our queries on the tenancy whilst co-ordinating with the landlord. As a result we were able to get posession on the agreed date and move in to our new home on time.

GoogleWhat a fantastic team. They all work so well together and my mum's house was all sold and everything finished within two months of it being up for sale. There were no hassles and everything went so smoothly thanks to the team in South Ruislip. I cannot thank them enough they truly deserve to win.

GoogleRobert Cooper have been great to deal with and the whole process of me looking for a new flat has been smooth from start to finish. The time it took to arrange a viewing and put pen to paper was very swift, and the guys were also very flexible as there were a few times I needed access to the flat to take measurements, and they were always willing to go the extra mile. Tamara Sewell in particular has been a great help and made the process smooth - great comms and very helpful with issues that needed sorting and also as a middlewoman between the landlord and I. Would definitely recommend Robert Cooper.

George P was very helpful,, providing timely and regular updates, and was proactive in moving the deal forwards. We were also very appreciative of dealing solely with George from viewing through to completion, which really helped continuity and smoothness of the process.

GoogleRobert Cooper team has been very friendly and helpful during the whole course of rental service. It took us only around one week from the first contact to confirmation of the offer. Nicolas' service is perfect. He knew we were urgent for time. I could feel that he had been speeding up the procedures, so that the timing was perfectly matchimg. I have no reservation to recommend them.

GoogleI would just like to share my recent experience with Robert Cooper lettings department. The team were honestly so professional and incredibly efficient. Both Tamara and Rohaan were really lovely throughout the whole process of letting my property. Nothing was too much trouble and they both communicated everything to me as and when it happened, I was not left wondering what was going on, I was kept completely up to date with everything and this I think is so important. Also on the odd occasion I called them they were always available to speak to me or they would call me back without fail. This for me is a key indicator of the really excellent service they provided. Thank you so much you both went out of your way, were so lovely and made the experience a pleasure!
