GoogleI’ll give Rohaan and Tamara 10 stars if there was that option. Moved from the states and worked with several agents prior to meeting them, I can say for a fact they are different. Rohaan is a very good communicator. Our emails were like playing a fast ping pong game: prompt and he followed up with phone calls. He seemed to have my interest and landlords at heart. And patiently guided me through every step till I found a spot, then came Tamara and she just followed with the same professionalism Rohaan had started with. To me the two are the dream agents anyone would want to have. I’m laying in my beautiful bungalow now happy to say I’m beyond happy with their service. They blew it out of the park. Professional✅ Friendly ✅ communication ✅ listening ✅ customer satisfaction ✅ . I would not hesitate to snatch them from their company if I was hiring. Bravo !!!!

This transaction is a perfect example of why you should always use a proper professional Estate Agents and not the internet variety.

GoogleI would highly recommend Robert Cooper agency and specifically Aarman. I just purchased my first home and as a first time buyer, had loads of worries and haven’t understood the process in full. I have been looked after along the way. Great communication from Aarman, any questions were answered in a timely manner, any phone call returned without a wait. This sale wasn’t an easy one as there was chain involved but Aarman made sure that things has been followed through and vendors were updated promptly during the process. I also received beautiful flowers as a welcome gift which was a great gesture. Thank you

GoogleFrom first valuation by Clarke, through to completion, Robert Cooper were a delight to deal with. Ours was not a straightforward sale and we hit a few bumps along the way but all were dealt with professionally and stoically. Special mention to George G who was 'on it' during the final stages of sale, exchange and completion. Its the most anxious time and his responsiveness and actions made the process a great deal easier. Will be using again.

Mighty glad to see the back of them - a brief but awful sales experience with Clarke Pursey & team at the Eastcote branch. In the end we were very lucky & relieved to be able to ditch them & sell our house privately. 🧐😫😙🦶👎👎 Clarke’s pre-sales patter bore zero resemblance to reality. The so-called ‘exclusive waiting list’ of committed buyers for our very popular street was in reality a gaggle of uninformed bargain hunters. His so-called ‘team’ of negotiators were more interested in personal gain than in sharing sales info with their colleagues & getting the best deal for us. Time & again they failed to share important facts we’d provided (eg that we were end of chain!) that would make our property very appealing to prospective buyers. But above all - we became so alarmed by the viewing chaos (over 30 x 15min back-to-back viewings for a substantial home - before our house was even on the market), that we had to quickly warn our neighbours - one of whom promptly offered to buy the house! So in the end Clarke & co. shot themselves in the foot - they lost their commission due to their own unprofessional & self-serving conduct.
