FacebookSorry can't recommend since one of your branded cars parked in a parking space as seen on fb 06-12-18 #slingsally Being in a blue badge space. With a blue badge causing a blue badge holder to. Prk in a. Space where there was danger to them and their child.. And. Wheelchairs especially need clear access. Sorry but had to do this. Happy. To. Update review when action taken.

Thank you for your comments Pixie. We agree that this was not an acceptable way to park a one of our vehicles. We understand the importance of retaining parking spaces for those that need them and can assure you we are speaking with the member of the team involved and will be sending a communication to all staff reminding them to park respectfully. I have invited the Facebook poster to contact me directly so we can assure them we are committed to doing what we can to put this right. Thank you again for your comments.

GoogleBest experience of using an estate agent even though I live hundreds of miles away. Must mention Matt who was very positive, professional and super efficient in getting the flat onto the market. Also Becky for her quick replies to emails and weekly update. And especially Sahil for sorting out all the important stuff at the end, nothing was too much trouble even after the sale had gone through. I really do recommend these people.

GoogleThanks to them they sold our house in 1 week to the first viewer they contacted. This was after trying for 7 months with 2 other local agents. I wished we had gone to them first. Arthur contacted one of his clients as soon as we went live with them and set up a viewing 5 days later. Within a week an offer was accepted. Simple!

GoogleI can't speak highly enough about this professional team. They worked so hard to get the right buyer for our house and they all worked together as a team, which was so refreshing. I would 100% recommend them if you want to sell your property. We received lots of useful feedback and advice about our house too, which really helped us and they put our minds at rest when we had questions. Fantastic Estate Agents!!

Facebookwhen you send them emails plus visit there shop in Guildford and speak to Mr Bicknell and the Compliance section you get no response it is a case of got me money so bleep off jokers no care of peoples well being

FacebookI have been without hot water since the 10th September- I have engineer upon engineer out - thought they had fixed it yesterday but it’s not fixed - so upset - I have 2 young children- just want this issue to be resolved.

I have been chasing Townends for weeks now and they have not bothered to resolve any of the issues. My flat is Hanwell that was let and managed by Townends. Townends did not fulfill their responsibility as property managers and when the tenants left, they left a mess in the flat. they then provided me with ain inventory checklist that was done by Chase, which completely ignored to major points - 1. my sofas that were 6 months old had been completely ruined by the tenant's pet with urine and pet hair. 2. a satellite dish was installed on the external of the building without any approvals from myself or the housing association. 4 weeks on and still no resolution. I have written to them again and again. Mo from Northfields offcie has tried to help as he is keen to get it back on the market. Mo advised several times that he cant do any thing as this is to do with another office - really? I thought you were all a part of Townends. I am still waiting - can someone give me some advice on how to resolve the problems?
