Hi Michael, I am so sorry you were not impressed with me yesterday. Unfortunately sometimes in my business I’m reliant on others and not always in complete control of some situations. Once the decision was made he was able to provide a brand new watch for an excellent price - better than other dealer's used prices.. His communication was - and continues to be - excellent. GoogleI have just purchased a rolex 116610LN from Regal time and found Simon very helpful, trusted and honest. The service was excellent the watch was as described and was sent out first class and packed properly. This is the first watch I have bought from Regal time and would definitely use them again. Not my first Rolex and don't normally buy pre owned But with huge waiting lists wanted to find a trusted dealer and at a fair price. Very satisfied and pleased. Thank you Simon, I will be back. Gary.

GoogleRenting a house from Regal Estates was a wonderful experience. Especially working with Laura Straton, our property manager, as she was very efficient, clear, professional, helpful and polite. Even though we had some trouble with getting documents sorted she was patient with and gave us very quick responses. which made the whole application process run smoothly and less stressful. Having an agency as kind and supportive as regal made finding and moving into our new accommodation easy. A big thank you to the wonderful and lovely Regal Estates Team in Canterbury. Keep up the hard work and thank you for everything😊

GoogleI am very happy with the excellent service I have received from Regal Estates. They are very responsive, this is the case even on weekends when my tenants report a maintenance issue. Wonderful to deal with Sunil and the rest of the team. The Property Management team keep me thoroughly informed with issues and I have received a flawless service from them.
