I was introduced to Regal Estate through Sunil Sharma. His team have been providing an excellent service for over 5+ years. His team has always been very professional and responsive to any questions or queries. They have always been going above and beyond to manage our properties. I feel Regal Estates have been able to provide us with a bespoke service that has a personal touch. We strongly feel that other large management companies are not able to provide this service. I purchased this Nautilus 5726A-001 from Regal Time last week. Simon comes very highly regarded on watch enthusiasts forums and through online reviews such as here, so I had no hesitation or concerns about completing an online purchase for this watch. The watch was advertised as an unworn 2020 model , complete set with box, papers and Certificate of Origin - this was exactly what I was looking for. Simon did me a very fair price on the watch that I am happy with. I did not need to view the watch prior to purchase since I was already aware of Simons impeccable reputation and I put my trust in him. I transferred the money on Monday and Simon drove the two and a half hour journey to deliver me the watch in person on Friday. The watch was exactly as described in completely new, unworn condition. Simon is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of horology and after some discussion over coffee regarding my next impending purchase he will soon be sourcing me my next watch. I can highly recommend Regal Time London to my friends or anybody else. Phil

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Simon over the sale of my Rolex submariner. Simon gave me the best offer out of a number of different dealers and despite me living in Glasgow and Simon in London, everything about the process was as smooth as can be. He kept me updated about the process, arranged an insured courier collection of the watch, and the agreed amount was in my account within just a few hours of the watch being delivered to Simon. Couldn’t hope for a better service! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon for anyone looking to sell their watch, no matter where you live in the country. 5 star service!!

I've just purchased a new 41mm Submariner Bluesy from Simon at Regal Time and I can't speak too highly of him. I've not purchased from him previously but I can say in all honesty Simon is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. The watch was sent to me next day delivery, arrived as described which was new and unworn, and in perfect condition. Would i buy from Simon again..... in a heartbeat Would I recommend him to family and friends.... without hesitation If you're in the market for a watch then do yourself a favour and contact Regal Time

Yet another watch trader who seems to not want business, made an offer on a Batman, and guess what no reply…. Not ever a counter offer, Clearly the watch market is good and again they must have select clientele that I clearly do not fit into.

Very Poor And Unprofessional people, specially Pritesh, Anesh, And Ramesh. I have been calling them for the last week, they keep ignoring my calls. Anesh Hang up on my call once, and Ramesh hang up on my call twice. I told them I will address this issue to the Landlord and their action might lead to the breach of the contract, who they are will be liable for since they are not doing their Job. And i am not standing here, i will do my best to reach the Landlord and address this in person.

Dear Ray Thanks for your review. However before leaving negative comments you should provide the full facts for everyone. I will summarise: You live in a shared accommodation and rent a room and pay rent for that room. You have a complaint about other tenants that rent within the property. We have formally written to all tenants that rent within the shared accommodation that you have complaints about. You have been copied into the correspondence sent to the said housemates you are complaining of. Calling the office continously will not ensure others will adhere to your comments. We are doing our utmost best to play peacemaker between you and your housemates. It is not our or the landlords legal obligation to ensure all housemates get on with you and vice versa. Heck, I sometimes can't even get my wife to agree with me let alone other people. If you are unhappy in the shared accommodation and cannot live peacefully with others we suggest you give notice to vacate. We dont want you or anyone to live in surroundings that are uncomfortable. Touch base with the office via email if you wish to give notice to vacate and we are sure we can facilitate this even if you are still in your contractual term. We are in the middle of a pandemic with more people working from home and staying indoors. All tenants have been written to to remain vigilent and respectful to one another. We kindly request you remove your unfounded review.

Dear Mr Pournejad, You had a viewing booked in two days ago for this morning with our company to view a room to let. Our Lettings Negotiator called you yesterday afternoon to confirm the appointment and your phone was switched off. We also called and messaged you this morning to confirm one hour before the appointment and again 30 minutes before the appointment and then 15 minutes before the appointment and your phone was switched off and we couldn't leave a message. We then sent you a FURTHER text message to confirm the appointment to which you didn't reply. After multiple attempts at communication we cancelled the viewing due to not being able to establish contact with you to confirm the viewing, having wasted our time. You then called us two hours after the viewing that should have taken place to say you demanded to see the room in an abrupt and rude manner to our team which included profanities and threats (even thought you did not confirm or show up for the initial viewing) and we therefore did not arrange this viewing for you. We make this effort for extra communication prior to a viewing so that we do not waste our time, we do not waste existing tenants time (who currently live at the property) and also Covid19 safety guidance. The room in question you are interested in is now let. We have unsubscribed you from our database now and best of luck with your property search.

Excellent service and always really clear and quick communication throughout my student tenancy. Whenever there was a problem, big or small, they would get back to us really quickly!
