GoogleI’ve wasted a lot of money and time trying to get a specific watch I was looking for for a long time. After months of chasing and trying to contact I decided to buy through Chrono24 but every time I called or sent a message it was also either ignored or kicked down the road there. Even after I paid a big amount and had a courier service on stand by to pick it up, it was impossible to get the watch or schedule collection. Unfortunately I had to cancel the transaction (still waiting on refund) and lost money on bought plane tickets and courier. I told Simon he either sells so many watches that he doesn’t care or he just doesn’t care but this is not the way to do business. I wouldn’t suggest ordering anything online. The paid reviews fooled me too -____-‘

Firstly I have never paid anyone to leave a review on google about me. Secondly, you chose to book a plane ticket without confirming a date with me beforehand. And thirdly I was never in funds for this transaction, you paid Chrono24 directly and they still hold your money. I only get paid by Chrono24 once the customer has received the watch. I am sorry this whole transaction did not work out due to the fact that I wasn't available at the time you wanted it to....you should have checked with me first before booking any flights etc. I wish you well.

GoogleSimon is THE consummate professional. Not only that, when it comes to REAL customer service, the watch retailers should take notice. Simon offers genuine outstanding customer service how it SHOULD be delivered. This was my FIRST Rolex purchase. What a fantastic experience, day, time etc spent at Regal Time London picking my watch up in person, NOTHING was too much trouble, time, explanations, functions, adjustments, complete set up ready to go, Safe carriage . AND a check via tx to make sure I arrived home safe. EVERYTHING just done. And more importantly......Tea and Choc biscuits....!!! I rest my case !! Simon, THANK YOU So much

GoogleI had her pleasure of buying 2 timepieces from Simon. I can only echo the glowing reviews he has received from other customers. Simon is approachable, friendly and extremely professional. While at the same time understanding of the customers point of view. I bought these remotely without viewing and the whole process was faultlessly followed through. The watch world is such hit and miss; hence I am so relieved to have found such a reliable and friendly dealer. Having put my full faith in Simon I was rewarded with an amazing experience. GoogleI live in a house next to one that is owned / managed / developed by this company and encountered a number of issues during their refurbishment of their property including their contractors cutting our phone line and putting their feet through our roof. We were without internet over lockdown which was hugely difficult for two working parents. I am still awaiting compensation which has been promised to me by the managing director of this company but after chasing for over 5 months now, have received no feedback further confirming them to be unprofessional to say the least.

GoogleI can’t thank Sunil from Regal Estates enough. I was the buyer but he went way and above his job assisting me. Attentive, available, professional . I had a very unresponsive conveyancer and he literally kept me sane . He also helped me get my dream flat and for that I will always be so grateful.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible they knew I had lung problems knowing that the building is damp damaged and of course I dry my clothes inside u don't provide washing line or dryer i never ask u to buy of fix anything u did that from my rent if u had it 9 years how's comes so many people been living there and then u call me threatening me your evil no regal even the man who moved me out could not believe I had put up with the smell and damp all 4 months I'm lucky I never died

Updated on 22/04/2021 Dear Mr Skipp, Here are the facts: 1) You mis-treated the property when you lived there leading to condensation issues. 2) The Housing officer who was independent who was called in at your discretion agreed with us. 3) Our landlord agreed to house you even though you are unemployed with no advance rent and deposit. 4) We have been renting this specific flat for over 9 years and not one tenant who has occupied has had issues there. 5) The landlord went above and beyond to resolve any issues at great expense. You have now vacated the property and we wish you the best of luck in your new accommodation.

Dear Mr Pournejad, You had a viewing booked in two days ago for this morning with our company to view a room to let. Our Lettings Negotiator called you yesterday afternoon to confirm the appointment and your phone was switched off. We also called and messaged you this morning to confirm one hour before the appointment and again 30 minutes before the appointment and then 15 minutes before the appointment and your phone was switched off and we couldn't leave a message. We then sent you a FURTHER text message to confirm the appointment to which you didn't reply. After multiple attempts at communication we cancelled the viewing due to not being able to establish contact with you to confirm the viewing, having wasted our time. You then called us two hours after the viewing that should have taken place to say you demanded to see the room in an abrupt and rude manner to our team which included profanities and threats (even thought you did not confirm or show up for the initial viewing) and we therefore did not arrange this viewing for you. We make this effort for extra communication prior to a viewing so that we do not waste our time, we do not waste existing tenants time (who currently live at the property) and also Covid19 safety guidance. The room in question you are interested in is now let. We have unsubscribed you from our database now and best of luck with your property search.

Anesh Hang up on my call once, and Ramesh hang up on my call twice. I told them I will address this issue to the Landlord and their action might lead to the breach of the contract, who they are will be liable for since they are not doing their Job. Dear Ray Thanks for your review. However before leaving negative comments you should provide the full facts for everyone. I will summarise: You live in a shared accommodation and rent a room and pay rent for that room. You have a complaint about other tenants that rent within the property. We have formally written to all tenants that rent within the shared accommodation that you have complaints about. You have been copied into the correspondence sent to the said housemates you are complaining of. Calling the office continously will not ensure others will adhere to your comments. We are doing our utmost best to play peacemaker between you and your housemates. It is not our or the landlords legal obligation to ensure all housemates get on with you and vice versa. Heck, I sometimes can't even get my wife to agree with me let alone other people. If you are unhappy in the shared accommodation and cannot live peacefully with others we suggest you give notice to vacate. We dont want you or anyone to live in surroundings that are uncomfortable. Touch base with the office via email if you wish to give notice to vacate and we are sure we can facilitate this even if you are still in your contractual term. We are in the middle of a pandemic with more people working from home and staying indoors. All tenants have been written to to remain vigilent and respectful to one another. We kindly request you remove your unfounded review.
