GoogleI've used Regal more for Consultancy over the years and know the team well - one employee I've used in particular, is Sunil Sharma. Since meetings, and subsequent discussions with the Management, I have continued to develop my property portfolio, with full support and assistance. GoogleMegan was so helpful in finding a property which was suitable for our preferences. The whole team supported me in questions I was unsure on with the application process and would always respond to an email efficiently and would always answer the phone if needed. I’ve been with a lot of Lettings in Canterbury this one was by far the most suitable for professionals and were overall so helpful.

GoogleI live in a house next to one that is owned / managed / developed by this company and encountered a number of issues during their refurbishment of their property including their contractors cutting our phone line and putting their feet through our roof. We were without internet over lockdown which was hugely difficult for two working parents. I am still awaiting compensation which has been promised to me by the managing director of this company but after chasing for over 5 months now, have received no feedback further confirming them to be unprofessional to say the least.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleHighly disappointing and upsetting experience, the ‘Director’ was threatening and intimidating when I raised perfectly legitimate questions and concerns. My complaint was then dealt with by the same director, who, not surprisingly, found that he did not act inappropriately. As soon as you raise legitimate questions my experience is that the service you receive becomes incredibly nasty, processes seem to be made up on the spot. I personally would not recommend based on what I have experienced.

Dear Aaron, Thank you for your one-star review however it would be nice for you to state facts and not fantasy. You chose to end your tenancy early in which the Landlord (out of good will) accepted. They did not have to, you were three months into a 12-month tenancy at the property. You had an issue with the Landlords cost’s which you had to cover due to you wanting to end your agreement early and having to find a new tenant to replace you making every excuse to get out of your legal responsibilities. At no point was overpaid rent withheld and it is sad you have resorted to lying - You were paid the small overpaid rent less than 48 hours of you moving out when you owed the landlord money. All fees charged to you were fully legal and above board (in fact some costs were not charged, once again out of good will, and all fees were justified as I am extremely confident any and all professional bodies would agree, (we know this as we referred to them before responding to your disdainful threats). For you to say otherwise is libelous and we would not recommend you as a tenant based on our experience with you who despite us trying to make your move out as smooth as possible. I guess no good deed goes unpunished which we learned the hard way.

During this time I have dealt mainly with the highly knowledgeable and experienced Sunil Sharma and Ramesh Pindoria, but have found the whole team to be professional, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I would thoroughly recommend these agents to anyone looking to rent or sell or for property management.

GoogleI have had a long standing relationship with Regal Estates for nearly 20 years now, and I have always been provided with professional service over these years, I have procured properties they’ve recommended as investments and their knowledge and expertise of lettings and property management is of a very high standard, and my tenants and I have always been satisfied with services provided and any queries have always been satisfactorily dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI’ve been with Regal Estates for almost 20 years. I can recommend them without hesitation - they’ve been brilliant for me. Not just finding good tenants, but dealing with maintenance issues and repairs quickly and always at a good price. They’ve just overseen a total refurbishment of one of my flats and managed every aspect of it. Finished on time and on budget - and zero stress for me! They’re nice people too. Always easy to get hold of and up to speed on what’s happening with my properties. A genuinely lovely company to deal with.
